The rooms were good sizes and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dining room, bar and pool area lovely. My two issues was that the complimentary coffees were not replaced automatically and the breakfast was not kept hot enough. However, I would definitely return maybe not have inclusive breakfast.

Good small hotel, great location for restaurants, the Balcon etc. Friendly staff, room basic but adequate, good south facing balcony’s over looking the hotel pool and bar, large public car park behind and the sea beyond.

A lovely hotel to stay in over Christmas with helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a ground floor terrace. At this time of year the restaurant and outside bar area are closed and the pool is open with a small sauna available upon request. Car parking behind the hotel with a direct access gate is 10€ per night or you could take your chance at obtaining free street parking. Breakfast is continental and they helpfully provided gluten free rolls. All in all a lovely stay in a centrally located hotel.

We don't book the most expensive hotels when we travel because we are in the rooms basically just to sleep. Got lucky with this little gem in Nerja for our first night in Spain. Flew into Malaga, rented a car, and spent the first night here, in this delightful small town on the Mediterranean. The location can't be beat: there is parking lot (which the reception gives guests a voucher) literally behind the hotel, and the beach is not much farther. Historic streets with beautifully quaint buildings make meandering enjoyable, and they're close to this hotel. From here, you can easily walk to many outstanding restaurants, shops, and the gorgeous Balcony of Europe. The room was perfect. Beds are a bit firmer than the typical US hotel has, but this one offered a fine night's sleep for these weary travelers. Everything in the room was clean as a whistle. Linens in the bed and bath were spotless and in great condition. Bathroom was a good size but whoever designed the shower had obviously not used it. The glass door was narrower than the opening, so water splattered out all over the floor, of course. During our stay, a very responsible staff member spent a long time cleaning every surface of the lobby on her hands and knees. Seriously, you could probably eat off the floor, she cleaned it so well. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful, delicious, and quick since it was a self-serve buffet. The young lady tending the coffee machine prepared us the most delicious cups, and the orange juice was the best we had on this entire trip! We heartily recommend this hotel for a reasonably-priced (off-season), spotless, pleasant stay in Nerja.

Booked 2 rooms as we had a separate room for the kids. The positives were the location was great, the building and rooms were cute and we had an ocean view. Our room the AC was broken and only produced heat. When we arrive it was 34.8 degrees (in Dec) and couldn’t get any cooler. Bed was horrible, very soft and you could hear the springs when laying down. After going to the front desk they initially said nothing the could do until the next day, but after back and forth they had another room. That room had a terrible sewer smell from the drain in the shower and we found out the next morning it also had a lot of ants. Needless to say, would not stay again or recommend unfortunately as it had a ton of potential.

Didn’t really know what to expect when we booked this hotel but have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Our check in experience was easy and our room was spacious and well appointed. We faced the road but we didn’t find noise to be a problem. Breakfast is a good offering- breads, hot food, fruits, cereal, tea and coffee brought to your table. The pool area was a real highlight for us. As I’m heavily pregnant we were planning on spending a lot of time lounging and using the pool. It was always easy to get a chair and the pool is perfect! Lovely and clean with a nice waterfall feature. We ate lunch every day by the pool- toasted sandwiches with chips, though there are more exciting things on offer if that’s what you fancy. The location is perfect, mere minutes walk from the main drag, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a mini mart just down the road. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, even the cleaners who did an amazing job, every time we came back from breakfast our room had been tidied and mopped, so efficient. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing adult-only stay. Would definitely return, but next time id book a balcony room!
