Excellent séjour, très bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel toujours poli et agréable. Les buffets sont de très bonnes qualités et changent tous les jours. L’équipe d'animation est super sympa, sans être intrusifs. L’emplacement est idéal avec un accès direct à la plage. Je conseille le forfait all inclusive pour être totalement libre. Je conseille vivement cet établissement.

Firstly I would NEVER!! rate this Hotel as 4 Star lucky even to get 3 Stars. The entire Hotel is very! very! very! tired and dated, the rooms are very basic and very poor quality / Shabby needing extensive update, complimentary products Zero, 1 wash soap and 1 bath soap, 1 towel each no robes slippers normally provided in 4 STAR! I could go on but not enough space. - Food absolutely shocking (2 Star) - Dining room set up Canteen style (shocking) A3 size paper place mats (2 Star). - entertainment (shocking) - Pool area dirty and needs a good clean and refurb (like everywhere else) - Sun beds and shades dirty and very old (seen much better days 20 years ago) - Nothing to put your items on when sunbathing (the ground). - Yes its on the beach but unless you take your work boots don't go on it, less stones in a Quarry. - Very poor walk to the town (Nerja) again stones and dust, no lights, Terrible. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone (even my worst enemy) don't waste your Money.

The hotel is ok staff are lovely food is good rooms well equipped WiFi is absolutely dreadful so If you want to watch Netflix or the kids want to watch stuff it’s very annoying ! There is nothing to do in the evening at the hotel there is a bus or taxi or you can walk to town The lounge is small and feels like there’s no air con the chairs are a bit grubby The key card to the door didn’t work 6 times !! We had to get a new card each time and the TV didn’t work The hotel does have direct access to the beach which is lovely but it’s very Shalley and a bit rocky so if bring water shoes if the you love the sea

We returned recently from our holiday at this hotel. On arrival the receptionist went out of her way to find a room that met our needs and we were pleased with it. The food was better than the average all inclusive and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful and throughout our stay it was easy to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Would be happy to recommend a stay here and we would be happy to return. Thanks for our lovely holiday!

A real struggle for vegetarians. Food in the restaurant is not labelled as to whether it is suitable for vegetarians. The chickpea salad contained small pieces of sausages and the ‘Vegetable pasta salad’ contained turkey! Hot food option most evenings was a pot of vegetables stewed in oil. On the last evening there were 2 hot vegetarian dishes which were lovely. More attention needs to be paid to giving a hot vegetarian option and to labelling the foods accurately without misleading names! Food overall simple and repetitive. The other negative was only one bar was open so prepare to queue! On the positive, the views were beautiful (we paid on booking for a full sea view room but we had to push to get this when checking in!) The hotel is clean and relaxing with comfortable beds. Bottled water is available in the restaurant and at the bar. A lovely 2Km walk to Nerja along the sea front. Nerja is a beautiful town.
