Habitación acogedora, muy amplia y muy limpia, la única pega por ponerle es el colchón que se unde.
El servicio de comida ( desayuno bastante bueno y una amplia variedad.
El hotel en si bastante bueno, parking muy pequeño.

Very friendly staff, lovely room and breakfast. Good menu available in restaurant and voucher given for free drink with meal was a lovely gesture. Would definitely book again.

Bel hotel, tranquille. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Bonne dimension de la chambre, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner complet. Très bon resto.

An average property with limited facilities, no comfortable lounge area, small pool, a distance from central Nerja & dining/bar areas. Restaurant food was nice and repetitive breakfast which was adequate. Limited parking. Supermarket adjacent, little public transport so walk down into town 20 mins and 10 euro taxi back up. Nerja is nice and some nice beaches. If you do Alhambra Palace independently be aware ID needed such as passport or driving photo licence to get in if you just roll up. Hope this helps. Los Arcos hotel is fine clean, tidy reasonable size rooms just a bit too far out in a personal level to say would recommend or stay again.

Stayed for 1 night whilst traveling , the hotel is quite dated but with charm and a very friendly welcome from staff , free parking outside . This hotel is a 30 walk into Nerja but only 7 euros back in a taxi . The rooms were spotless and after traveling through America and sleeping in great beds I have to say this bed and pillows were the best ever . Breakfast was good and staff worked hard . I would recommend the hotel is perfect for a stop off fir a few nights.

Booked a superior room at this hotel and was given a standard room on arrival, when I returned to reception to question this was told I was given the wrong room by mistake, this was rectified. Room was good with nice views, breakfast was really poor, food was not replenished when it run out. Only one waitress most of the time not looking happy and banging plates! Problems with TV half way through holiday and couldn't get anyone to fix it, such a shame because the hotel itself is nice, just need to sort the staff problem out. Hotel is a good 25 minute walk to the centre of old town Nerja and not 5 mins as some websites suggest

Arrived 20 minutes late (11.20) due to having to wait at airport for transfers, our flight was early we should have got to hotel by 10 pm when we arrived the place was all locked up. 2 pensioners in the middle on no.where we were panicking had to try and find another hotel which was full, bur chap was very helpful and managed to find us another hotel quite a bit away so we had to get taxi there On arriving back in morning we were told they close at 11pm.nobody bothered to wait to let us in, We will definatley not be going back to this hotel

Top class hotel,staff wonderful, room magnificent, food very good, and well priced.Happy hour 5.00pm until 9.00 pm!!! Lovely pool. A very minor difficulty is distance from town centre, about a mile depending upon route, but town bus one Euro pp, and taxi about six Euros per trip. Discover bus stops and the two taxi ranks, and life becomes a pleasure !
