Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel. The Nessebar ferry leaves from the hotels beach but none of the reception staff knew or would say how to get to the jetty or the price of it even though they advertise the ferry within the hotel. The man that gave out the towels was much more informative and really helpful. He always said good morning etc and passed the time of day with you no matter how busy he was.The room was cleaned reasonably well but probably because we did a lot of it ourselves. The food was ok but trying to get any was not always worth the barging and pushing about that the Russian guests seemed to deem ok to do to you to make sure they didn’t have to queue like polite people did and wait their turn. Often we ended up with only salad as it saved the hassle. The bar lad in the Joy bar Bramin was fabulous as was his colleague and actually took the time to speak and make an effort to get to know us. Cleaning and restaurant staff should have spent more time working and less on their mobile phones which may have made a world of difference to our experience. Over all due to the location and the hotel building this has so much potential but certainly not 5 star service or cleanliness but if managed properly could have been. Maybe less Russian people and more mixed Europeans may have made a big difference too.

This is the first holiday I’d booked to go away with my Mother for a few years and given the alleged “Ultra inclusive” status, we went ahead and booked. On arrival, we were met by unhelpful reception staff who stated we didn’t need an extra room key, but had given another Bulgarian couple 2 keys. We didn’t think much of it at the time. Room was basic, views lovely however. AC worked but the electrics tripped most days preventing the lights from working. The bedding was dirty, mattresses filthy and my mother and I often got bitten. The bathroom was not cleaned as often as it should have been, rarely did we have towels changed. Basic job most days but thankfully we aren’t messy pups! We had bottled water given to us every day, which was good because for an ultra inclusive that’s all we were given in the mini bar. The beach itself is lovely but like every other review you have to pay for use of the umbrella and sunbeds separately. Very poor for ultra all inclusive. I find myself saying that often! The pool itself is fine, but there is rubbish around the poolside which is often left and not cleaned or maintained. Wasps around the drinks section and the bar itself around the pool is not clean either. Gym you have to pay for daily, so if you were there for a week you’re looking at around £35 for the 7 days use, being gym users ourselves, this was hugely disappointing. The staff are unhelpful generally and we found we were often spoken to poorly and/or not given the time of day. Whether they didn’t understand English or not we don’t know, but it was apparent to us that we were being treated massively differently. Which is a shame, we are definitely far too polite in England that’s for sure! The only members of staff who were helpful was the towel man who gave us directions on how to get to the boat across to Nesebar, always greeted us in the morning and was a pleasure to talk to and Bramon the young lad at the bar, who took time to speak to us and often brought drinks to us and played games. Overall, a very sad state of affairs at this hotel. Lack of entertainment and the animation team were less than to be desired. Lack of enthusiasm generally and very unsure what the staff across the hotel were being paid to do given that they spent all of their time on their mobiles instead of addressing the needs of the guests. I’m not usually one for writing reviews, but as a 30 year old, sociable female who wanted a “luxury” type relaxing break, this was sadly, very disappointing and I’d advise others to consider going closer to Sunny Beach, especially if you wanted the atmosphere, working lights, variety of food and a better sense of inclusion. Or pay more and go further afield for proper luxury. The potential for this hotel is massive but the staff need to step up, be more professional and take pride in where they work. Too many staff, not a lot being done.

Complete unsanitary conditions!! There are people who work in the kitchen who do not have medical certificates! The cleaners who clean the toilets then work in the kitchen, cutting vegetables, while not washing their hands and, of course, without gloves!!! Rednecks simply save money on everything; they buy up all the cheapest and most colloquial things! The food that is served at the buffet is simply disgusting, everything is missing, sour, rotten, with maggots and rotten!!!! Sliced bread in baskets is touched by everyone and everything, from waiters to cleaners and washers. The hotel ADMINISTRATOR named "PETYA" paws all the food with his dirty hands and licks his fingers and then puts them in the milk and salads that are on the buffet for people!! And then she walks around and smiles in everyone’s eyes (mercantile, unfair, just a rotten person!!!) I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s just a “TRASH”! Cutlery and dishes are a separate issue altogether; it’s better not to eat with cutlery that is served on the table!!

The hotel itself is nice with a beautiful view and a beachfront location. The problem begins with the service and this is where the drama begins and this is an understatement for the entire staff - only 3 employees (I mean reception staff in bars and restaurants) I can say that they work conscientiously and that they approach their work with commitment, the rest I pretend that I don't understand what they are saying, I have to ask them for something several times and they can still be "******" because they are talking to another employee about the match on TV or they simply don't want to serve the customer and do it with great pain as if punishment, with a face that "says" he doesn't want to do anything and doesn't care about us (to put it very mildly). I could understand if they had a lot of work and were tired (I used to work in customer service and I know how stressful it sometimes is) But in this case it's like this I'm going to get towels for the swimming pool I go to the window, say good morning, I want two towels and give them the employee receives two cards for towels. The employee looks away from the phone and looks at me, then continues looking at the phone. I still want towels and this time he gives me towels without taking my eyes off the phone! The service at the reception at night (10:20 p.m.) was beyond words, the worst I have ever encountered and I am quite understanding, whereas during the day I was very satisfied with the reception staff. As for the food, it's hard to say, it's a matter of taste, generally average, although I found some tasty meals myself, but the problem is with time, it's better to be there at the beginning, e.g. if breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00, if you come at 9, they add something else, but that's it is what other customers didn't want, it's the same with lunch and dinner, so we eat "leftovers" maybe a bit harsh, but I had this feeling a few times when I got up "late" or came back from a trip. I have no major reservations about cleanliness, except when it comes to the beach, but here it is different. So I can recommend the hotel itself, but when it comes to service, you have to have patience and nerves. However, if someone counts on fully professional staff and pays attention to it as well as their nerves, I do not recommend this hotel, especially since it is not the cheapest hotel. I hope I helped. Best regards

Note: Don't be deceived by the good reviews. They do it themselves. No one should come. It's a disgraceful place. The food is full of flies. We came here and wanted to leave immediately. We couldn't. It's a very bad place. May God not let anyone down. It's a disgrace.

Me and my family just back from 7 nights holiday at Paradise Beach. Very mixed feelings. Nice modern hotel with lovely view, beautiful sandy beach. And that's all positive. Grumpy and unhappy staff. Poor housekeeping. Soo you pay for UltraAll ,but the same time you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrella, you need to pay extra for all activities and entertainment e.t. bowling, darts.... poor cocktails, but very nice brands spirit. Bad food, not tasty at all not enough space for dining 😕. Rude, very rude staff I just can't believe it. And This is a 5 🌟 hotel at 21st century. How sad.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my whole life and I am someone who has travelled to many different continents. Do not waste your money here. They lie on their websites and social media. Their beach is not free and they ask for extra money for a sunbed which is not shown online. My daughter had insects and bugs in her room. We complained for several days, many times a day, and the staff at reception laughed at our face. They killed one or two bugs and then said “Don’t worry, just go to sleep”. My daughter did not sleep at all whilst we were. staying here because of this. When we arrived back to the UK, the bugs were in our suitcase! We had to bribe the cleaner with extra money so that she could actually properly clean the room. What kind of hotel is this? It should be a motel. Even the one star hotel I stayed in Barcelona was much cleaner and better than this place. The food is appalling, the staff threw the pancake onto my plate very aggressively when I politely asked if they could recook my pancake because it was raw. I asked for black tea for 4 days straight and they said they did not have it. Please please please do not come here. Go to a 3 star in Turkey instead and you will be happier. I have trauma from the amount of distress I went through in this place. It is not even cheap for what you get. We paid £1,400 in September 2021 for 3 adults for 11 days. Unfortunately we could not leave as we had made a pre payment. I am writing this review two years later because I don’t want anybody to make the same mistake as me. My daughter lost 5 kilograms due to the lack of food options and the insects in her room which she had to sleep with for 11 days.

The hotel is very far from everything. One positive thing is the great view of the sea. Unfortunately, there is no entertainment program or anything similar in the hotel. We also missed a German tour guide on site. This meant that there was no possibility of booking excursions. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food on offer was really abysmal. There was not much variety and the meat was dry and not warm at all. It's a shame, but we wouldn't go here again.

My partner and I loved it, our first time to Bulgaria and didn’t know what to expect? We got a private transfer from the airport to the hotel which is a must as the hotel is quite far out. If you’re looking for a chill out holiday this is it? Although it’s quite family orientated too so would suit both couples & families. We’ve found the staff were friendly and most if not all speak english. One thing I was worried about was the language barrier but fear not. The all inclusive is great the spirits are branded top names you’d see in the supermarkets back in the UK. The lager is Staroprama on tap which meant I was in heaven. Cocktails are a must here and trust me there’s no such thing as measures there pretty generous with it. The rooms are quite big we had a double room and it caters for us quite comfortably the beds are literally two double beds together. You’ll need to bring some European plug attachments the 2 pinned ones there’s plenty of sockets. There’s a wardrobe and plenty of drawers for your clothes. A big mirror and a dress mirror. There’s a fridge too. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and wash basin and fitted hair dryer for the ladies and is very modern. The rooms are well presented and modern and are cleaned every morning and toilet roll replenished every morning too along with bottled water etc. The food at the restaurants is great and has a vast choice of salads, hot & cold meats, chicken, kebabs, fish, steak and not forgetting chips for main meals, if you like an English breakfast they do there own take on it which is still good, the bacon & sausages aren’t quite like what you’d get back home but they are still tasty. Theres a vast choice of drinks including all sorts of fruit juices, coke, Fanta, sprite, water etc. The beach is right by the hotel and there is a big pool there too and a kids pool next to it. This is cleaned regularly too and plenty of sun beds. There’s a bar too by the pool which is convenient and a bit further on a ice cream hut which does slushy’s too. There’s paragliding, flying carpet, jet skis etc which you have to pay for which is the norm although if you want to go on a sun bed by the beach this would cost you 10lev a day each although there’s plenty of beach to chuck a towel down for free. We had a sea view which I think most rooms do and it’s an amazing view looking over the Black Sea. Taxis are available from the hotel to Old Nessebar for around 35 Lev which is a must visit. All in all we had a great time here! Loved it. 🏖☀️🇧🇬🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
