Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted bar staff where excellent and knew our drinks after day 2 the was room cleaned daily but not dusted seen dust round the false ceiling in bathroom The food cold and told to heat using microwave with the cooks standing cooking food and putting it in the hot plates that were never on only thing hot was the soup and most of the time it wasn't suitable for us my partner took the runs after eating the food told reception and they did nothing about it I ended up with sore lips after drinking a bottle of juice if booking with jet2 make sure you have great insurance as the driver transferring you from the airport to the hotel is a ****** doing 180km at some points apart from this was a good holiday and a nice quite location hotel needs updating rooms to clinical need a bit of colour on the walls and repairs to tiles and guttering at the terrace pool area Need fixed also maintenance team need to **** the pool area for a 4 star hotel not a good impression for it

Room size was pretty much perfect for 2 people/ a couple with a child, loads of room for storage and a very nice bed with a second single bed too. Bathroom was very clean and spacious, with a huge shower/wet room. Balcony was also very nice, even though we were in a shaded section with no pool/sea view. Pool was a perfect size, and plenty of sun beds. Only downside was that the pool was not heated so was very cold, still very enjoyable and relaxing though! Slides in the kids pool were great fun. Lifeguards always on duty when the pools are open. Pool closed at 6pm each day which was good for a September holiday but may be more annoying in peak summer time. Food was available all day in different places, and times for main meals was long enough not to have to rush around. Very nice food, however not much change day to day and so could get a little boring. Private beach is perfect, plenty of sun beds with a nice beach bar too. Cocktails are not part of the all inclusive at this bar, however it’s easy enough to go to the pool bar to get some with all inclusive if that’s what you want. Plenty of toilets by the pool and beach, however couldn’t seem to find any inside by the bar- but we also didn’t ask the question so can’t say for sure. Reception staff super friendly and helpful, bar staff very accommodating and talkative with quick service too. Cleaners did a spotless job each time our room was cleaned, and the whole hotel was pretty much spotless. Spa is paid extra, but you can use showers and changing rooms for free which is very helpful if your flight is later in the day on your last day. There was a locked room to keep our luggage in while we used the pool on our last day as well which was very helpful. Overall a very relaxing and welcoming hotel, would 100% stay again.

Sunrise TRUE TRAGIC Resort. Just came back from this establishment after two week stay there. Prior to going there i did my research and checked the reviews. There were good and not so good reviews but bearing in mind that this place has only been open for guests for the past five years and Apparently rated four stars myself and my husband decided to go there for well deserved two week break. From the outside it looked nice but the more we were having a look around it started to crack big time . Majority of the staff working there did not smile at all and were giving impressions as if they were serving prison sentence at this hotel ! There were only two girls at the reception that smiled- Daria and Natalia. Reception staff as well as the bar staff were very young( i asked about eight of them and they were between 16-22 years old)and lack of customer service was extremely evident. Yes - I typed it right - one bar member was 16 and was serving alcoholic drinks to guests . Bar staff were very disorganized and prioritised finishing chat with their colleagues before serving drinks. I was told twice to wait as they were chatting and giggling . Every night I would observe bar staff getting drank on shots with quests - is that a normal practice ???? I do not think so!!! Smashing unbelievable amount of glass wear was a common practice behind the bar . Moving on to cleaning service. They missed two days of cleaning - one occasion being when the cleaning lady knocked the door we opened the door and asked her to come back in five minutes as we were getting ready to go out for a meal to the canteen. Well she never came back. Our toilet brush broke on the fourth day and the handle was on the floor. Cleaner instead of replacing it chose to mop around it every day until we left. Anyway- the toilet brush as well as the little bin by the toilet was grubby , dirty and rusty. There was no attention to detail paid when attending to cleaning the room. Grout between the tiles on the bathroom floor was pure filth! Food. Food served at this place was an absolute Joke and deciding factor behind our decision that we WILL NOT be returning to this so called hotel. Food did not resemble anything that should have been offered to paying guests at Four star hotel. Most of it was cold and rest barely warm. One day I went for meal balls only to find out that they were absolutely raw .There was two guys walking around this canteen ( they always looked as if they were walking without any purpose what so ever !)so i went to one of then with four meat balls cut in half - he looked at my plate and proceeded to remove the whole tray with those meatballs . On the same day I picked up a pork stake done in front of your very eyes- well- that was raw as well- Well- last time I checked pork stake suppose to be only cooked well done !!!!!! Food had no taste and presentation was leaving a lot to desire ! I know there was a microwave in the canteen but I am sorry but as a paying guest I e

The staff are lovely. Especially Nicco behind the bar . There is no entertainment and children were bored. The food is edible. The coffee is delicious. The veiw from our room is stunning. This hotel could be fantastic if they sorted out entertainment. It rained for 2 days and we have been bored. There are no english speaking channels on the TV. We have enjoyed our holiday, because we came with great family and friends, but have had to entertain ourselves. Would say not really catered for what we wanted in a holiday.

Don't bother taking kids. No entertainment whatsoever. Same tastless food everyday. If your from the UK avoid at all cost. Not very hygienic in the bathroom. Maybe invest in some bleach to clean. All bathrooms stink of urine.

Znakomity hotel warty polecenia. Pyszne jedzenie, codziennie i podczas każdego posiłku większość gotowana na żywo, gość praktycznie zagląda do kuchni. Cudowne w dużej ilości desery i owoce, lody, gorące pieczywo i duża oferta śniadaniowa - super. Wieczory tematyczne, dużo ryb i owoców morza - wszystko live cooking. Sympatyczna obsługa, pyszne przekąski typu fast food (m.in. pizza wypiekana na miejscu, nagetsy, burgery, hot dogi, frytki, itd.). Bar na plaży, kilka na terenie hotelu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, na bieżąco wymiana pościeli i ręczników (plażowe można wymieniać codziennie). Widać, że ktoś dba o szczegóły, np. wieczorem wystawiane są na barze mixy orzeszków, by coś pochrupać przy wieczornym drinku. Świetni lokalni animatorzy (może poza jednym, który nic nie robił i chodził za kolegą, który namawiał gości do udziału w animacjach). Super miejsce, na pewno wrócimy.

We have just returned from holiday here. We were pleasantly surprised having read many poor reviews of this place. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was average, some days better than others but always something for everyone’s taste. We had a sea/pool view which was lovely. We had four children with us who thoroughly enjoyed the pools and water chutes. If you go to see the entertainment then you pay for your drinks or have to take with you from the hotel. As mentioned before, children in particular are prone to bad falls around the kids/chutes pool. Our granddaughter cut her knee open and a little boy cut back of his head being one of many we saw fall. Maybe have swim shoes to stop them slipping. All in all a good holiday.

Good points: ~ Lovely hotel with sizable pools and right on a lovely private sandy beach. ~ Obzor is a small quient little town with a dozen bars/resturants, which offer really good value for money. ~ Pool area is large and there was never a problem getting a sunbed in August kids holidays. ~ Food and drink always on offer throughout the days in several locations, also by the beach. ~ Life guards on the beach who flag when the water should not be accessed. ~ We stayed on the 5th floor at the rear of the hotel, although we didn't have sea views it was very scenic looking of the green hills of Obzor. ~ Great place for families with young children. Negatives: ~ Main concern is the slippery surface around the pool, seeing many guests fall when wet. This is especially dangerous around the waterside where the children run from the pool back up the stairs. We would see multiple young children slipping and hurting themselves throughout each day. This issue is easily avoided by putting signs up, or mats round the area the kids run back to the slides. ~ A bit of a walk to Obzor town of about 1.5 miles, and not a great walk consisting of mainly back streets. Overall a lovely hotel in a great location which the employees of the hotel trying to make your holiday as special as possible. I would return, but maybe for 1 week instead of 2.
