The hotel's furnishings do not live up to the hotel's stars - they are old and need refreshing. A better or cheaper hotel can be found for 4 stars. It really doesn't justify the price versus the service. The pool is nice and clean, but the rooms themselves are not ok for the money.

A hotel in a great location, right on the water, 15 minutes from Old Nessebar! Impeccable housekeeping, variety of dishes in the restaurant, welcome, EXTRA ENTERTAINMENT!! (Thanks to Venko for the Karaoke sessions!!) Family service and help at the top! (Dentist found on a Sunday, with pharmacy!!) A Sea, sometimes WITHOUT WAVES, but also with HUGE WAVES, very clear. Deckchair always available, towels too! A SUPERB HOLIDAY to recommend WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!!! Certainly the minimum and speaking ENGLISH.

Food was great, cleaning ladies was polite so as the rest employes.. hotel was very clean, beach is great. We stayed in september and the weather was good..
Only one thing, plastic cups in beach and lobby bar was cheap and not suitable for coffes and other hot drinks..

Overall an enjoyable stay. A nice location, walking distance to the old town, very nice pool and beach. There’s a lot of disposable plastic usage (though I didn’t see any waste on the beach at least). On the other hand bedsheets weren’t changed throughout the duration of our stay (5 nights), which is a long time for a beach hotel. There was no laundry service as advertised which was something that we specifically checked for when packing for our trip. The room did have a drying rack though for some hand washing. We went for the family suite in hopes of letting the baby have a bit of her own space to sleep, but that space wasn’t big enough for the crib (with the bunk beds). That wasn’t a big deal though, we could still use the space in other ways. It was also a little silly to have a baby wear the all inclusive bracelet, but whatever.

The food is nice and the rooms aren’t bad. It’s definitely not a 4 star because multiple things have gone missing in the rooms and outdoors. The staff are very friendly but some nights it’s really quiet and boring. The only good things is the pool and the market down the road but the pool is very faulty and when I went it was closed three days in a row. It is close to the Beach which is nice(there are loads of jellyfish in the sea with is a lovely view) I would definitely recommend snorkelling. Overall its not a great place to go for a week or so but maybe just a weekend or something short.

Спасибо персоналу за чудесный отдых!!Были в конце сезона,но все работало на полную мощь.Долго выбирали отель,начитались огромное колличество отзывов,сейчас удивлена кто писал об этом отеле плохо...Уборка каждый день,смена полотенец каждый день,воду пополняют в номере каждый день.Горничные очень отзывчивые,любую просьбу выполняют быстро и с улыбкой.В столовой огромное колличество еды,на любой вкус и аппетит!В отеле есть сауна и парная,для посетителей отеля она бесплатна,только надо записаться заранее.На територии отеля есть три бара,пиво и алкоголь хорошего качества.Анимация есть,но она очень ненавязчивая,это радовало:)На пляже лежаки и зонты бесплатно,полотенца для пляжа находятся в каждом номере...Один минус,нет матрасов на лежаках.Да,отель старенький,много всего убитого в номерах,но это мелочи на фоне всех плюсов.Отель находится рядом с городком Несебыр,так что развлечения всегда можно найти.Не далеко от отеля есть остановка бесплатного автобуса в аквапарк.Вообщем отель на твердую 4!!!
