Booked direct with hotel and booking system wasn’t easy. Booked 1 room then got error message ‘ room cancelled due to payment failure’ so re booked then discover I had 2 reservations and paid deposit twice. Cancelled 1 room and still trying to get deposit back. Stayed 4 nights for our wedding anniversary so asked for sea view room. On arrival surly receptionist said sea view not possible and handed us the most old fashioned door key to room c702. Avoid this room due to balcony overlooking car park, next doors window and next door sitting on their balcony. Asked to move and again told not possible. We never sat on balcony which was a shame as got sun in afternoon. Used it to dry towels . Only there for 4 nights so didn’t ask again . Room was clean and air con good. Fridge in room and 2 bottles water free every day. Safe is 10 lev per day. Hotel in great location, sea Front and about 15 mins walk to the beautiful nessebar old town. Food quality and availability good . Drinks plentiful but cocktails a bit fake/ syrupy. Also no Diet Coke!! Bar staff quick and friendly and hotel was kept very clean. 2 pool towels provided in room. Sadly no cushions on sunbed so quite uncomfortable. Nice pool and of course beach front too. Had we had a better room the hotel would be great value for money. However the room we got really spoiled our stay. I would return but only on an assurance we would not get that type of room.

Great hotel, enjoyed the food,the sea and the pool. Wonderful staff, big thanks for the animation team Puffy and Marty.Will come back :). The night programu was our favourite, will recommend The sightseeing is also amazing, Bulgariaaaaa

The hotel is spotless never seen so many cleaners. Food was plentiful you had to be a very very fussy person not to find something you like. Staff very quick at clearing tables. The pillows in the rooms were so soft it was like sleeping on air. Bedrooms were massive. Slight downside was that they needed a bit of tlc but nothing to put you off.they were work in progress. Staff very helpful and friendly. Little downside is that they advertise steps down to the beach but they were closed.only a 5min walk down th e side of hotel. Lack of mattresses on sunbeds . But won't stop us going back

If you want an amazing experience this is your place, the staff are extremely polite and helpful, food is delicious and the view is breathtaking. We were warmly welcomed and all our requirements were met. There is nothing more to say but - Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. There was plenty of food, quality drinks and cocktails. The staff were so friendly, we felt like home. The location of the hotel was the best part, first line with wonderful sea views and several minutes away from the old city of Nessebar.

The staff were excellent. No coffee available until 0730,and for an early riser that wasn't acceptable. The buffet was plentiful, unfortunately most of the hot food was lukewarm. Even though advertised, no entertainment in the evening and no snacks.

Amezing experience. Everything was good. All inclusive service very, very good. The food eas very taste, many cakes and fruits, They clean the rooms daily, and give us water. All the personal was extremly kind. Cause I spend a very good time, I will came back, i’m sure.

The rooms in the main building are beautiful and the seaside view was great. The wather from the pool was very cold and nobody did anything about it. The manager, an apparently kind lady, even said that the water is warm enouth. The children's play ground was a maximum of 18 square meters in which they had a few tables and IKEA chairs, a wooden game and 3 balls. Nothing else. At the beagining was dirty with cobwebs. The next day they cleaned. The animators do not exist. My child kept wanting to eat pasta... every time old and dry pasta was mixed with freshly cooke recently doiled pasta. Otherwise the food was fine. The draft beer was warm and without acid, and the juices were a long and colored water. The ultra all inclusive does not exist. It was only all inclusive and not the Best.

The hotel's furnishings do not live up to the hotel's stars - they are old and need refreshing. A better or cheaper hotel can be found for 4 stars. It really doesn't justify the price versus the service. The pool is nice and clean, but the rooms themselves are not ok for the money.
