Comfort Inn

Really great new hotel. Very friendly and responsive staff. Modern furnishings. Good breakfast selection. The desk folks had good restaurant recommendations. Just all around a pleasant experience. Thanks!

Stayed Feb. 24th after ice storm. Parking lot treacherous and no sand down at all. Room had not been serviced. No top sheet on bed. Hair all over shower walls. Only one partial roll of toilet paper. NO INTERNET SERVICE. Sub-standard experience. Manager needs to step up and help his staff at desk, who were very helpful, but not able to help us out with internet service.

Traveled with a high school softball team so we needed 7 rooms. I have to say that we've never been treated better than we were by this staff. We were greeted with a sign with our school logo on it, each room was given a gift bag of trail mix and waters, we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything, and they coned off a parking spot for our school bus. Could not have treated us better. Hotel was clean and new feeling and spacious. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here.

The staff: Davonte and Katrina, treated us as if we were family. The room was spotless, very well furnished, beds were comfortable, heating/cooling system worked well, the amenities were plentiful, the shower was powerful and adjustable, the towels were plush. A hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, personal coffee maker, plenty of space for luggage, and a wide TV screen. Ice machines were quite close, the carpeting and hallways were meticulously clean. Reservations were easy and helpful. The cost? The old adage: 'you get what you pay for' - for this Comfort Inn - does not hold true here! You will get much more than you pay for. And, good memories.

This was our anniversary stay after a really long day of travel. First the room was not made up so they quickly changed our room for another, then the dryer didn't work, but the staff took over and dried our clothes for us. It was interesting they consider themselves 'a family,' which I love. Well I must admit this was the evening staff. The morning lady was not so nice.... The breakfast was great, plenty for all, hot and cold, and a lovely friendly cook!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL! THE CLEANERS STEAL AND THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING! My daughter had a softball tournament in Jonesboro and stayed with some of her friends at this hotel. While they were at the tournament, a lot of their belongings went missing. They forgot to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door before they left, and when they returned, their beds had been made and room was cleaned. Once my daughter started going through her bag, she noticed that many of her items were missing. Her makeup bag, which contained around $250 worth of items, and $50 in cash were gone. Her friends' bags also had cash and items missing. When we went to the management, they said they would review the footage from the cameras. After reviewing the footage, they stated that the only person in the room was a cleaner named Lisa and that they did not see her take anything. That is a complete joke because they take a cart in the room, and there is no way you would be able to see them hiding items in their cart. The manager kept repeating that they didn't see her take anything, and basically said there is nothing he can do. We have been doing travel softball for 7 years and travel almost every weekend, and this is the first time we have had anything stolen from a hotel. I can't stand a thief, but apparently, it doesn't bother this hotel. I hate to write a review like this but I just want to warn people of what could happen if you stay at this hotel. My daughter is really upset, and now we have to replace everything that was stolen from her while she was at this hotel. Please be aware if you stay here!

This is a new hotel and so they are still learning and we need to be gracious with teething problems. There have been a few, but we're impressed with 'their family' as the staff call themselves going above and beyond to reassure and help and make things as smooth as possible. It was a cold room upon entry (not the planned room), but soon became toasty warm and we're looking forward to a free breakfast soon (something missing in our last hotel.) The beds are wonderfully comfortable, lovely sheets and good night spent before we hit the road again. When I look at 'hotel lane' as I would call this I'd say we have found a really good fit for us here.
