It is a self-service apartment, and there should be many long-term residents. The hotel parking lot is large and free, which is very suitable for people who drive. The room is OK, worthy of the price.

We booked this hotel with some fear, because we had not found any recent reviews. However, we were very satisfied: large and fairly clean room, absolutely silent at night, friendly staff, ample parking. The only problems were: the wifi did not reach the room (but only a few meters from the reception) and the beds are "German" with a duvet without a sheet and a soft pillow

From the outside it looks less positive than it is, we thought. Located a bit behind the 'busier' roads. Parking is secured and free. Enough places in itself. The family room was clean and very spacious. It was quiet in the room and in the hallway. We had not booked breakfast. Several (fast food) eateries and a supermarket are within walking distance. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant because we thought it had a limited menu. WiFi didn't work in our room. Went to reception but they couldn't solve it. Great for a night on the way back from our holiday.

What was that? A friend had booked this hotel (youth hostel) with a voucher - 2 nights. The positive was: we were out and about all day. Negative: - bad smell in the spartan room - broken elevator without information to reception - location in an industrial area - reception not always manned - breakfast - poor (the orange juice was bad) - the restaurant under Indian management - little gastronomic know-how ... but: the bird was taken by a completely overwhelmed Keller, who said he was working as a temporary worker. The restaurant and bar were empty (maximum total of 6 people including us). Since the ambience was more like a waiting room, we sat down at the bar for a drink. He then asked us to sit at a table, because if there were 100 guests in the room, he would expose himself to the risk of infection. What rules are there? None - just his. The discussion was annoying, with an employee who wasn't even wearing a mask. What a pity! Not a good experience! Hence "black" and not "orange@.

We booked the hotel cheaply with a voucher from eBay. Two nights for two people including breakfast. We booked the hotel as part of a city trip. The hotel is functionally furnished. Breakfast was OK as it was included. Quality was good. The hotel is large and it takes around 10 minutes to get to Neu Ulm train station. From there, buses and trains alternate between going to Ulm main station. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel and a kebab shop around the corner about 300m. Check-in was friendly and uncomplicated. Overall, really good for the price. Small minus in terms of cleanliness, and I would throw away certain towels that were threadbare. I find the bed narrow for two people (only around 140 wide). Otherwise, I would book the hotel again!

This is the third time we have used this hotel as a stop on our way to Italy. We had issues with vehicle on way down so phoned hotel to let them know and key was put into a safe by the door, which was simple to use. We had a family room, which are very spacious and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The first issue was the parking, or lack of it. There seems to be lots of other apartments around the hotel now, all vying for parking space, so either be early or be prepared to park your car on the street and have a walk with your cases etc to the hotel. Maybe a barrier system should be installed so it can be controlled better. The restaurant has changed from the traditional German affair and become an Indian one so limiting the choice for travellers. The breakfast buffet was nowhere near as good as it was before, even though there seemed to be lots to choose from, the quality just didn’t seem the same.

Simple seminar hotel without any comfort. Spartan-style small rooms, very poor breakfast. Don't ask for scrambled eggs, cold hard-boiled eggs, some sausage, some jam, some cereal - that should be enough. Location: in the middle of an industrial area. Suitable for one night at most (because it's inexpensive). We were deceived by the Animod offer (double room for 2 nights with breakfast 99 euros).

The rooms are modern and rather simply furnished. It's logical that the color orange dominates with this hotel name. The bathroom was small, but did the job. The mattresses on the beds are very soft, if you like that. The worst thing, however, are the pillows. Unwieldy "lumps" of plastic flakes that have probably been in use for a long time. The "dining room", because you wouldn't call it a restaurant, was very reminiscent of a youth hostel, tables without tablecloths!! As package holidaymakers with half board, we were given a 3-course meal in the evening with the option of choosing whether to eat or not. On the first evening, the main course was spaghetti bolognese - again an association with a youth hostel. For dessert, a cream that used far too much gelatine. On the second evening, the starter was a "Greek salad" with carrots, red and white cabbage, no peppers but at least two quarters of tomatoes. The only things that reminded us of Greece were the feta cheese and the black olives. They also gave the salad its only seasoning, because after washing it had seen neither salt nor other spices, let alone olive oil. For the main course today, we had roast beef with onions, where the onions were more boiled than fried, with spaetzle. I think an amateur cook would be more creative here. The only bright spot was breakfast. The cook from the evening before was probably not on duty. Since the visit to Legoland was tied to this hotel as part of this package holiday, there was no alternative. But there will be no repeat.

You shouldn't be late for breakfast, there is only one employee who does her best, but refilling and clearing takes a long time. People go to the buffet without a mask. Standard beds are quite narrow. MAIN DOORS IN THE STAIRCASE ARE VERY LOUD WHEN CLOSE
