It's a terrible hotel, it's turned into an in and out hotel at night, it's not clear who comes in and out, the staff are indifferent, the owners are arrogant, it's not a place to stay with your family, it's impossible to communicate, there's no one to listen to you, you talk to yourself.

I was generally satisfied with the hotel I stayed at in Nevşehir, where we went for business. It was also affordable in a central location. I stayed in a single room, although the room was a bit small, it was enough. The materials in the bathroom were sufficient, there was only water in the mini bar. It was a nice hotel physically, they served breakfast, it was moderate. The employees were not very professional, but they were well-intentioned and helpful.

We arrived on a tour on September 22. When we checked in we were given room 101, but when we arrived it was not cleaned. Replaced it with 102, the situation is the same. The third number is again not cleaned. We sat and waited at the reception desk for about an hour to check in, no one was in a hurry to resolve the issue.
