"We stayed in a cave family room, which was incredibly unique and a truly unique experience. It even had a jacuzzi with a complimentary bath bomb, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, and you could pick up your meal downstairs and eat it on the rooftop. They even had Chinese noodle soup, which was perfect for Chinese palates and tasted delicious! A must-read! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I highly recommend it!"

"1. The front desk was excellent, helping us book go-karting and hot air balloon rides. Communication was thoughtful and understanding, making for a great experience. 2. The hotel's front desk communicates with Chinese guests via WeChat, and their responses are very prompt and polite. Their English is also excellent, which is quite rare in Cappadocia, Turkey. 3. The hotel isn't large, but the cleanliness, service, and dining are all top-notch. The restaurant is also good, and the views are beautiful. 4. I look forward to visiting again; it's a shame we only stayed for one night."

"Absolutely loved it! With only 11 rooms, it's incredibly quiet and comfortable. Our room had a direct view of Uçhisar Castle, and waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning really brightened my mood. The staff were all super friendly and enthusiastic, with excellent attitudes, which made the whole check-in and stay experience even more relaxed and enjoyable. The breakfast was abundant and served until noon, which is perfect for late risers like me! Overall, the stay was fantastic; everything from the environment, the views, the service, to the breakfast was thoroughly satisfying. Highly recommend!"

"Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. A few common sitting area with very traditional Turkish feel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast simple and nice. Definitely will recommend to friends who are coming."

"The room was very nice. Parking wasn't a major problem, but finding a parking space was a bit difficult. There's no room service, and Wi-Fi is mandatory. Unfortunately, we experienced Wi-Fi problems for the last two days. Additionally, on the day of check-in, August 18th, 2026, we arrived between 5-6 AM. Despite calling and informing them that check-in time was 2 PM, due to a misunderstanding, we were sent to our room before 2 PM on the 18th and had to pay separately. Despite everything, we were satisfied. The person working at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you very much! 👋"

"It didn’t meet my expectations. It was too expensive for what it was worth. I used the hotel’s balloon service and the Red Tour and Green Tour. The balloon ride cost €300 for two people, but after I changed hotels and asked another one about their balloon service, they said it was only €60. So I think they charged us extra. Also, the Red Tour and Green Tour cost €70 and €60 per person, which was more expensive than other tourist agencies I checked."

"The hotel architecture was meticulously designed, the rooms are spacious but far from the Cappadocia view. The music and noise do not stop until 12 at night, the noise comes from somewhere else, the staff is average, the breakfast was small but clean, there was no place to hang the shower jet in the room, we always kept it. It is enough for those who do not expect a view, but I think the price is too high for these opportunities."
