"The room was very spacious. Melissa, the manager (in my heart), offered me some delicious black tea, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. The two ladies at the front desk were also very kind. When I arrived, a taxi driver ripped me off, and they listened to my complaints, helping to ease my frustration. I am very satisfied with the entire Marriott group; I don't regret choosing such a trustworthy hotel. Friendly reminder: You can call the hotel in advance to book a shuttle, which will be much cheaper than a taxi. Also, the staff here are very enthusiastic, so feel free to chat with them when they're not busy."

"We stayed at Karlık Cave Suite as a couple, and honestly, it was the best hotel experience we had in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and very well cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, with amazing views and a really romantic atmosphere. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy Cappadocia. What made the stay extra special was the staff. Mehmet, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The bartender was friendly and made the evenings feel fun and relaxing. The breakfast staff were also wonderful — the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served with genuine care. As a couple, we felt very comfortable and well looked after, but I would also recommend this hotel to solo travelers, families, and anyone visiting Cappadocia. "Hotel doesn’t allow to cancel booking despite it’s about illness. I was unable to move due to high hill reaction in mount ericyes. Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"
