Spacious room, the bed was very comfortable and the right amount of pillows. Cons: My room was at the front above the terrace area and it was extremely noisy with people talking, smoking to all hours. Not just the staff, but guests & delivery drivers too. The rain shower was dreadful needs to be replaced or cleaned. Water flowed out of the shower area flooding the entire floor. Breakfast was small on variety and not even a toaster. Thank you"

"The views from the window are stunning! Located in Uchisar, which is a destination in itself, it's quieter and less crowded than Goreme. It's a very peaceful spot. There's also a fantastic Asian restaurant, Zaru, nearby. Perfect for introverts like me. My experience here was absolutely perfect. The owner even uses WeChat and can help book hot air balloons and private transfers, and the prices are very reasonable – no rip-offs here! Highly recommend."

Everything was clean, well-prepared, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We truly enjoyed this different style of accommodation and would definitely recommend trying the cave rooms at least once. However, if you personally feel uncomfortable in places with limited ventilation or tend to feel overwhelmed without fresh air, choosing a standard room might be a better option for you. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay."

"Very cool place. Like in a cave, everything is so authentic. The air is very pleasant. Very quiet and calm, I lived with great pleasure, also a jacuzzi in the middle of the room, what you need after a hard day of flights. "Can I just say this hotel is an oasis in Göreme?! From the moment you walk in, the pool is the first thing you see – and it's absolutely stunning for photos! I booked this hotel because I loved it so much, even though I couldn't get a consecutive stay. Trying out two different room types was also a great experience! The rooms have a very vintage design, and the suites come with a Jacuzzi tub – just remember to bring your own disposable tub liner if you want a soak! My absolute favorite part, though, was the view of the pool. It's beautiful from every angle, at any time of day. It looks even more magical at night when the lights come on. Sip on a spritz and then drift off to sleep! Besides the hot air balloons, finding this hidden gem of a hotel was the biggest highlight of my trip to Göreme! Oh, and hotels here usually have a custom of taking in or keeping a stray dog. This one has a big black German Shepherd – don't let his size fool you, he's very gentle, so no need to worry too much."

The room has a unique stone design, clean and comfortable, though slightly dark. Bathroom can be more polished for its room price. "The breakfast was delicious. It was the best breakfast I had in Cappadocia. The room's cleanliness was about ★★★☆☆. There was some mold in the bathroom, but they cleaned it daily and provided plenty of water, which was appreciated. Arranging hot air balloon rides and tours through the hotel is a bit expensive. Booking through a service like GET your guide is cheaper. I saw the hot air balloons from the hotel rooftop, but they were quite far away. I think this is probably true for this hotel as well. I recommend doing a little trekking and visiting photo spots on Google Maps instead."

"Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay."

"La vie cappadocia cave hotel is very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean, peaceful, safe and convenient. The location is not in the busy area so you can sleep peacefully. The room is warm in winter. I can be naked in my room when the temperature is below zero outside. The bathroom is clean. Warm water is hot enough. The owner “Fatih” is very friendly, nice and service minded. The staff are willing to help all kind you need. He will always be there for you. The terrace of the hotel has very nice view. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Breakfast is nice too. A lot of nice restaurants, bar, antique think you buy around the hotel. You can walk safely. I am a woman alone here. And everything is ok. Highly recommended"
