Spacious room, the bed was very comfortable and the right amount of pillows. Cons: My room was at the front above the terrace area and it was extremely noisy with people talking, smoking to all hours. Not just the staff, but guests & delivery drivers too. The rain shower was dreadful needs to be replaced or cleaned. Water flowed out of the shower area flooding the entire floor. Breakfast was small on variety and not even a toaster. Thank you"

"The views from the window are stunning! Located in Uchisar, which is a destination in itself, it's quieter and less crowded than Goreme. It's a very peaceful spot. There's also a fantastic Asian restaurant, Zaru, nearby. Perfect for introverts like me. My experience here was absolutely perfect. The owner even uses WeChat and can help book hot air balloons and private transfers, and the prices are very reasonable – no rip-offs here! Highly recommend."

"We stayed in one of the cave rooms at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The cave room had a unique atmosphere and gave us a very special feeling throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-prepared, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We truly enjoyed this different style of accommodation and would definitely recommend trying the cave rooms at least once. However, if you personally feel uncomfortable in places with limited ventilation or tend to feel overwhelmed without fresh air, choosing a standard room might be a better option for you. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay."

"Very cool place. Like in a cave, everything is so authentic. The air is very pleasant. Very quiet and calm, I lived with great pleasure, also a jacuzzi in the middle of the room, what you need after a hard day of flights. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's located a short walk up a hill. On the way up, there's a small shop where the owner is super nice; he always gives out delicious little candies."

"Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay."

"The room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction. The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey. The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay."

"Service: 1. Nobody offered to help us with our luggage when we checked out at 7:30. We wanted them to bring our bags down, but they kept arguing that no one was watching them and they wouldn't be responsible if they got lost. This was a really bad experience. 2. On our first day, we were given a room facing the parking lot. They told us they would switch our room the next day, but then on the second day, they said we'd have to pay extra for a room change. Why didn't they mention that on the first day? 3. On the second day, there was no Wi-Fi in our room. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it and call me back, but I never heard from them again. All of these issues severely impacted our stay and overall mood!"

The room has a unique stone design, clean and comfortable, though slightly dark. Bathroom can be more polished for its room price. "We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel's location in Göreme isn't particularly important because the town is small, and everything is a 5-minute walk from the center. However, there are hotels that require a steep climb uphill. Our hotel is located on level ground. Guests are picked up directly from the hotel for all excursions, flights, and the airport, which is very convenient. Flights and excursions can be booked at reception. The hotel has an interesting, authentic, antique-style decor. We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. We also lost our luggage at the airport, along with our swimsuits, so we missed the pool and spa area. The beds in the room were very comfortable. Unlimited bottled water. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. We are very grateful to the receptionist – he helped us find our luggage and also brought back our lost bag. We were very pleased 😄. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

The room is warm in winter. I can be naked in my room when the temperature is below zero outside. The bathroom is clean. Warm water is hot enough. The owner “Fatih” is very friendly, nice and service minded. The staff are willing to help all kind you need. He will always be there for you. The terrace of the hotel has very nice view. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Breakfast is nice too. A lot of nice restaurants, bar, antique think you buy around the hotel. You can walk safely. I am a woman alone here. And everything is ok. Highly recommended"
