Best part, they do it even on things that seem not to matter. I saw a team member cleaning the back side of a door that only staff had access to. Just an excellent place to stay.

When checking in, I was told that the cost of a room for two queen beds versus a king was the same. After leaving, just out of curiosity, I checked the website. With using a AAA card as I did, there was a $10 difference in room rate charges. That is not a game changer for me. But the lack of honest disclosure is. Will be booking online in the future. Not at check-in. Lesson learned.
