Had very bad experience very rude non cooperating staff at skon boutique by orion hotel delhi never such experience before they were not at all understand the situation n helping me in any condition worst experience on mmt tulle date. I was sitting in the lobby for atleast 3hrs n they denied to help in after i explain my issue of date change. Yes

Strange smell in the lobby. If you order room service and after finishing meals keep the plates outside the room, they are not picked up for 24 hours - unless you keep reminding them. All the char cushions are stained. The backrest of chairs in restaurant are not stable. Not a clean hotel. Will never stay there again.

we have reserved a suite for the party, and everything is functioning perfectly except for one issue—the television installed there has defective sound. additionally, there is one drawback: if you order food from outside, you must personally go downstairs to collect it.
