Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.

A bit annoying that personnel continue asking you how was literally everything, every step you do inside of the hotel while i had breakfast 3 different officiants, chief and ***ager asked me if food was okay.. well it was, but please, 1 time asking is more than enough :) however food is great also sauna isn't in its best condition definitely if you are looking to get a sauna, this is definitely not the best choice, it is not working properly room is also looks a bit tired besides of above hotel is good, buuuut hard to call it 5*

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

Leela was good .food was good and the staff was very cooperating Leela staff is very helpful . They respond to you in late hours tooI liked their service Sanjay Bhat from house keeping did his job nicely I liked his service . Lucky supervisor he’s also doing well job.

”Booked randomly but when we visited there the property was fantastic. Lovely resturant and pool awaits you after a busy day of business. The major positive point is the staff, also food was excellent. Huge number of options in breakfast and dinner. Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant. Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work per***ently at the set temperature and mode
