New Delhi New Friends Colony 5-star Hotels

It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was comfortable I would like to visit again the next time I visit India. it was a good place to stay

I was to have a meeting in delhi and have been avoiding it as I truly do not like that city. However, since I had to go myself, I was on a lookout for a place that is not a tower hotel! I came across this boutique luxury hotel called The ***or and felt it just perfect also it was just 16 mins away from Connaught Place, where my meeting was scheduled. The cobble paths for cars, 12 room property in a quiet neighbourhood of Friends Colony was more than I could have ever imagined, it was beyond bang on. It was everything I wanted it to be. I reached at dinner time and Camillo’s is where V and I had an Italian meal. The salmon linguine was one of the best I’ve had. Eating happily under some heat and in the outdoor garden with the slight Delhi chill in the air. Room 2 was nice and spacious with a little veranda, it was on the Ground floor,,this signature room was fine but the shower cubicle is too tiny and needs to be spacious! The next night after my meeting I ate at Inja, their Indian - Japanese restaurant on the property. It’s an experience like no other. I’m blown away and everyone I know in Delhi or travelling there should eat here! Taste, texture, guidance and flavours full of goodness made me a total fan of the food and the crazy yummm cocktails! I think I had 3! I cannot stop raving about this deliciousness called Inja! If someone says Delhi to me now, this will be my preferred place! The ***or is quaint, charming and is made for me. Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The room is very clean. Bed linen, towels - all white clean. The staff is hospitable. I booked a meeting at the airport. We were met early in the morning, taken to the hotel and settled very quickly. I was satisfied with the choice of the hotel.

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.

am hesitating about where to start, : *) checking in slow, outdated reception for an airport hotel *) the first floor was smelly, like associations with a septic tank, the carpet on the floor was years and years old, with waves in the fabric. I had an economy room (compared to the other rooms but that was my choice, This needs a renovation big time! A 2 star impression. *) room, small but acceptable with a kind of bathroom cabin, do not have your expectations high, then you will not be disappointed about the room, functional. *) the breakfast made (for a bit) up for the so-so experience. We enjoyed that, including the staff employed with a 100% hearing problem, all-inclusive HR, that was great! I am tempted to search elsewhere next time,... I hope they improve the aisle and the poor smell on floor number 1.

Good location not far from Connaught Place, close to restaurants and bars and some historic areas. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel limits food choice. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly and courteous.

The location was close to the airport, and I said free transfer, but it was 5,000 rubles. The lobby and restaurant are 4-star standards, and the rooms are 2-star standards. Fortunately, the quilt has no strange smell, even if it is good. But the Indian hotel service is very good, and I am patient to answer questions. Breakfast is suitable for Indians, Chinese cannot eat it.

Almost the worst hotel I have encountered in so many years in New Delhi. The area is small, there is no closet, there are no places to hang clothes, although the price is also cheap, but the cheaper hotel I have stayed in nearby area is better than this.

Value For Money 🤑🤑 , This Hotel Z Suites is the perfect choice for business travellers, family, couples and Transit passanger. Food quality is awesome and delicious. Specially you can try their kadhai chicken with chapati which I like . I recommend this hotel to all TripAdvisor viewers and I will stay again in this property.
