The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

The staff was incredibly attentive, the accommodations were beautiful and the food was wonderful. Great location only blocks away from all the excitement of the French Quarter but secluded and private. Much larger hotel than we expected but felt like the ultimate boutique hotel.

I don’t know where to start. We recently stayed at the Windsor Court with friends our as the property came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint. The moment our driver pulled up and the doorman raced out with umbrellas we knew service was going to be impeccable. Everyone here is friendly, professional and very well trained to pay attention to detail and make you feel warm and welcome. Our rooms was nice and spacious, when traveling with a 4 year old we always appreciate space to spread out. Dinning venues are all great but I do have to say sitting in the lounge with an adult beverage and a bowl of gumbo was very enjoyable. We met lots of great staff including John Taylor who tools a few moments to chat with us and again just to be friendly and make you feel welcome. The only negative item was the tea service we took our daughter to just seemed to miss the mark a little bit was very appropriately priced for what it was. We would whole heartedly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!

Over decades of visits to New Orleans, the Windsor Court has become our favorite, must stay at accommodation. Every member of the wonderful, considerate staff of many long-time employees, ensure the most luxurious treatment from the moment you book your reservations until the moment you sadly depart. All are wonderful; but, notably Housekeeping (Brittany?), Room Service, Rosslyn, Blake, and Maci made our Birthday Celebration extra special and worry free! The spacious, traditionally decorated suites and amenities are well maintained. Recharge and restfully savor luscious bedding insulated from the vibrant city below! Lastly, we love the offerings at the Polo Lounge, and Sunday Jazz Brunch at the Grill is now our family tradition!

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel within 5 months. We won't stay anywhere else because of the extraordinary customer service. Our room was impeccably clean and fresh. We had access to the Club level and the food is plentiful and delicious. Many thanks to Darlene and Allison for making us feel at home and for their kindness and excellent service. The proximity of this hotel to the French Quarter makes even better. We feel very safe at this hotel. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel take advantage of it. We will be back in December.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. First, we met Ramon who helped us check into our room. He provided us with an upgrade and gave us all the important details about the hotel. Terrance who works in concierge went above and beyond to make our visit special. He booked restaurants, gave us maps, and helped our visit in New Orleans be very memorable. Overall, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family! Outstanding customer service.

First this is the BEST hotel in NOLA. Why because it’s really the entire staff that makes this a wonderful stay from the front desk/concierge to the engineers it’s all about service. Food is amazing and the best chicken tenders at pool bar EVER. Stay here you will not regret it at all. Fri-Sun is high tea with various themes. Wish we could have experienced it. We held our conference here and a coworker & I stayed a few extra days incl an unexpected day due to worldwide IT outage. They were gracious in accommodating us. Simone & Woody the bartenders in the Polo Lounge were fantastic. Beds are so comfortable and the place was spotless and roomy. I would never stay anywhere else but Windsor. Just a slice of heaven away from home.

This place really does have it all. Before arriving I read so many reviews indicating travelers will exclusively stay at the Windsor Court when in NOLA and now I see why. Torrence, the Concierge went above and beyond to ensure my daughters could attend the Saturday Tea. The bellmen, front desk associates and everyone we encountered were wonderful. Our suite was beautiful and well cleaned daily, including the nightly turn-down service. The salt water pool was fun for kids and adults alike. If I had to share a "negative" to provide a balanced review the only thing I could say was the shower was a little "wonky" at times, hard to get the water hot, would drip after turning off, and the last night made a weird noise for a while. However, with an older property some of this is to be expected.

Exceptional service! Was first time staying there. Had previously only enjoyed high tea in the salon and lunch in grill room. This trip was a staycation and we stayed in a premium club suite with access to club level. Staff service was top notch. Christopher in the club was so attentive. Especially appreciative of front desk help from Jackie, Maci and Ana. Jackie in particular was so knowledgeable and kind. They each provided answers to miscellaneous questions throughout our stay. Helen and Katarina in the grill room provided the most attentive brunch service both mornings. The food was delicious! The pool was a welcomed escape from the heat. I had a spa treatment from Linda. Great massage. Lisa at spa front desk was so helpful. The robes in the spa are wonderful too. And the hairdryers in the rooms and spa are the best I’ve used. Overall, a great stay. Will recommend over and over. Windsor Court did not disappoint.
