Ocean Trillium Suites

The Trillium was perfect for a birthday getaway as the beach is like 100 yards away, and it’s on part of the beach where it’s more room than I’ve ever seen on a beach. We stayed on the 8th floor and could see/ hear the ocean when we walked in the condo. Eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean, is exactly what we wanted. The bar/ restaurant right next door was nice for lunch, and it was a bonus being so close to The Garlic restaurant, that sealed the deal. Pretty rad couple of days

Where to start! Pro: The condo itself, 3405 had absolutely stunning views oceanfront. It was decorated very beachy and looked very inviting. The tv was quite large and had most any channel you could want. The living room opened onto a balcony with seating to enjoy the waves. The bedroom had 2 queen beds and also decorated quite cute. Dining room was quite functional and sat 4 people. The kitchen was quite functional and I was really loving the countertop they used. It came fully furnished with everything you will need. Freezer has an ice maker too! The bathroom was nicely upgraded and there were enough towels for the 2 of us for several days. Con’s: The living room furniture was absolutely filthy! Doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. The couch is totally like sitting on the floor and extremely difficult to get out of as was the chair. The beds were quite soft and have a zipped mattress cover which was great but it was waterproof and you sweated on it all night long. There were several long miserable sweaty nights. We loved where the condo was located, Chases was next door which is a pool bar and several more rather close. If a few upgrades were made such as new mattresses covers and furniture, we would head right back, but until then……

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED... As a 74 year old with a bad hip & shoulder, these are the issue. The ONLY elevator did NOT work (for 3 weeks). Had to walk 5 flights with our luggage, etc. The balcony door took two of us to open. The shower valve took two arms and braced legs to pull out. The door key did not work without endless jiggling. Ocean access was blocked off. There is too much more to list ...wasted money Date of stay: March 2024

The room was clean and the view was wonderful. They were under construction from the storms but we were advised ahead of time . I enjoyed my stay and would book again .

The property was outdated, but had anything you could need while away from home. The staff was always very friendly and checking to see if we needed anything. We never heard noise from other rooms, which was really nice. The only issue we had was an obnoxious, noisy family who overtook the pool while we were there, but otherwise no complaints. It would be nice if staff could monitor the pool from time to time. The pool and location of the hotel were super convenient, I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was great with good places to eat nearby. The angle of the balcony provided a great view of the beach while still providing shade. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked last minute assist family in the area. Day before arrival i received a call from OT advising hotel was under construction. Too late to make alternate plans and they didn't clarify that tile being jack-hammed in rooms above me starting at 8am. Couldn't even work remotely from room as noise was too loud to be on phone. Did get moved to another room - no better.
