HiONE Holiday Hotel

The location is great. You can reach the hotel by taking a bus from Taipei to Cao Caowei Station. In addition, the waiters at the counter are very friendly and have good service attitude. I will go there again next time.

It is close to Shenkeng Old Street and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. Although it is an old hotel, the overall CP value is very high. The hardware equipment is not bad. It is suitable for friends who are traveling or on business trips to stay together.

There was loud noise from the room next door until nearly 10:00, which showed that the hotel's sound insulation effect was not ideal. In addition, at 1:00 in the morning, I turned off the cold nitrogen air conditioner due to the cold. I called the service desk and found that the bedside phone was broken. Fortunately, there was another phone available in the sofa area. The front desk said they could not provide quilts, only sheets and quilt covers. Later, I felt they were too thin and gave up, so I had to go downstairs to buy a heating pack and sleep on a pillow. In addition, I found that the hotel's quilt cover was damaged, the room may be a little dated, the wallpaper was partially lifted, and there were hairs on the minibar and in the drawers under the Mystic Bar. Maybe the hotel is older and the wallpaper in the room is partially lifted. When you open the door in the morning, you can smell the smoke from the breakfast on the first floor. It should be necessary to improve the smoke exhaust equipment. These need to be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

房間舒適，餐點還不差

안녕하세요? 여러분, 저는 사실만을 이 리뷰에 담아 볼까 합니다. 우선, 체크인 당시 상황을 잊을 수가 없습니다. 우리는 성인 남성 3명고 그렇기 때문에 침대 또한 3개인 방을 잡았습니다. 하지만, 체크인 직전에 통보 받기를 우리는 그 방을 다 주고 없기 때문에 침대 2개인 방을 준다. 라는 다소 황당한 말을 들었습니다. 분명 트리플 룸을 예약했지만, 트윈룸을 주는 이 호텔. (이럴거면 여기저기 비교 안해보고 침대 두개인 더 좋은 다른 호텔 잡았죠;;;^^^^) 고객과의 약속에서 신뢰를 깨는 이러한 서비스 태도는 제가 친히 리뷰를 하러 온 이유이기도 합니다. 그래도 여행 당일부터 기분이 나빠지면 안되겠죠? 우린 ‘게임 같은 거 해서 진 사람이 같이 자면 되겠다‘ 하면서 웃어 넘겼습니다. 하지만, 이건 시작에 불과합니다. 침대에 누워 맥주나 먹고 자려는데 이불에 피가 뭍어있는 겁니다. 누가봐도 혈흔이었고, 세탁도 안하는 이불을 보고는 더러워서 덮을 수가 없었습니다. 위치도 최하점을 주는데에 한 몫합니다. 구글 맵을 켜서 이 호텔을 검색해보면 타이베이 시내로부터(스린, 시먼딩, 융캉제)멀지 않을거란 생각이 드실겁니다. 분명 우리도 그랬고요. 하지만, 제가 몸소 여행해보니 착각이었습니다. 호텔에서 대중교통을 활용해 타이베이나 예스진지 투어를 하기에는 적어도 2, 3번의 환승과 시간이 금인 여행에서의 쓸데 없는 낭비가 발생합니다. 최후엔 택시를 타야 하는데 외각 고속도로 할증이 붙은 영수증을 볼 때마다 감당이 안되실 겁니다. 너무 안 좋은 내용만 감정적으로 쏟아낸거 같아 저도 마음 무거운데요. 장점도 써 보겠습니다. 장점은,,,,,,,

넓고 침대도커서 4인가족이 머물기 좋았습니다

It's a little far from Taipei city, but it's about a 15 minute taxi ride to Taipei 101, so I didn't feel that inconvenienced. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Although it is an old hotel, it was clean and I had a comfortable stay.
