Would love to see some improvement in the breakfast area(food are good, but the arrangement of the furniture isn’t not so appropriate)

good environment, near MRT,

I came here for Christmas Town in New Taipei. The breakfast here is terrible. It’s just toast and drinks from a breakfast shop, but the price is okay. The sound insulation is not good. I don’t recommend it to people who are afraid of noise. But it’s quite clean and the price is okay. It’s for the petty bourgeoisie. Room

The location is good, but the cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. Basically satisfied.

Personally, I think the CP value for the room is not high, but the front desk staff is very friendly and it's very close to the MRT station. Breakfast is basic bread, toast, porridge, drinks and coffee

Overall, it's pretty good, and the soundproofing is good, but this varies from person to person. It's just that there is no restaurant open for dining now, and breakfast is bought from outside, which is a pity.

It's a very nice place, and there's a night market nearby (probably), but it was too late for our fun at that time, and most of the people were preparing to close the medicine stalls, so we left right away.

The hotel has simple services and good transportation.

杯子都佈滿塵 浴缸很小 水壺冰箱都沒電 桌子也很小 床頭燈開關以為可以調光暗卻只能開或關 整間房間的光暗開關就應該要好好調整 然後最重要的是8：30才能checkin 不知道為什麼這裡那麼特別 其他酒店大部份都是3點後的 只能怪自己沒看清楚政策 然後早餐也難吃 床是還舒適 洗澡水溫也算穩定 但我不會再回去再住

空調不能調整，超冷😓 房間設備也明顯很老舊一些

Service is great. Everyone is really helpful. But keep in mind that if reservation is made online, the check-in time is 8:30pm.

I had a pleasant stay at forward suites. The location is superb! The staff are friendly and helpful. From the design can tell it’s a very old hotel, but it’s still quite comfortable to stay. Breakfast included not bad as well. However, there are a few points that I would like to share. 1. Check in time is 8.30pm, if you book from **********. You can still check in earlier if you are ok to pay extra. (guess it’s the hotel way of making extra bucks as they have those stay charge by hour). 2. The airport transfer stated doesn’t mean there is a free transportation to the airport. It just means they can help you call a cab, you have to pay for it. 3. The only hotel that asked me to leave the key at the counter whenever I am going out or having breakfast. Initially make me uncomfortable, but then again every hotel have a master key to access all room, so after that I am fine with it.
