Cleanliness - 4/5. The room was clean. What I saw from a few other reviews about this hotel that rated it low for cleanliness was in regards to complaints about the maintenance of the room. Yes, there were some areas of the room that required attention, like re-grouting the bathroom or fixing some wall paper and paint on the walls. However, these things do not make the room dirty. There were no dirty marks and there was no dust in the room. The eating could be 5/5 if those aesthetic issues were fixed but I believe the complaints of other guests about the room to be unwarranted.
Location - The location is excellent, only a short walk to the old street and the view from the property speaks for itself.
Service - The owner was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. He provided us with a tour of the museum and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us with everything we needed, such as providinh us with an additional towel.
Amenities - There is a water fountain for both hot and cold water for use by all guests. In the room there are some tea bags and cups too. The hotel also provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste.

部屋に虫がたくさん出た。WiFiも弱かった。エアコンの音もうるさい。そこそこ値段が高かったが、次は泊まらないと思う。

The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find and they don't really have much in terms of signage or lighting. It is however located in a reasonably convenient area that's close to the old town and the convenience stores, if you are okay walking up and down several flights of stairs. The biggest complaint is that cleanliness was not of the highest order. There were several types of insects inside the room including a couple of cockroaches and a wasp. The front desk person was professional enough although not particularly friendly. Not to take away from him he did his job to the letter. It would have been nice to see a smile though. I would recommend this for people who are going to stay for one night though not necessarily for two.

It's not easy to locate this hotel we got a quadpel room although we booked for double only. Comes with king sized bed and bath towel. Recommended.

일단 여기는 제대로 된 숙박시설이 아니다 이름 그대로 카이트 뮤지엄이고 전시관 장사가 안되니 5층만 아주 조악하게 개조한 시설인데
여길 2성급 호텔로 표시한 트립닷컴에 진심어린 저주를 하겠다
이미 망쳐버린 여행이고 이제 별 감정없지만 나외에 다른 피해자가 없길 기원하며 겪은그데로를 남긴다
일단 지우펀의 산비탈에 있는 집들 사이에 있어 찾기가 매우어렵다 시설 관리자는 그어떤 약도나 설명을 제공하지않았고
나 스스로 구글지상맵으로 찾은게 지우펀 경찰서 아랫길에서 올라가는 입구였다
문제는 내가 뇌출혈 휴유증으로 왼손 왼다리가 완전하지않은 장애가 있고
올라가는 길은 아마도 100년은 물이끼를 청소하지않은 물이끼의 숲이었다
물이끼위로 비가오니 캐리어를 들고 올라가는걸 여러번 실패해 입구 앞집에 도움을 구해 연락해 불렀더니 시작부터
짐을 들어줄수 없으니 들고 올라가라는데 눈앞이 하에 졌다[경사가 산비탈이라 거칠다]
결국 사정사정해서 들어줬는데[매우 불쾌해함] 집이 5층이고 계단이 무비막지한데 엘레베이터가 없다
취소하고 싶으면 취소하라면서 실실 웃는데 다른호텔에 대한 정보가 1도 없고 트립닷컴 사이트에서 최종해지기일을
넘기면 해당 시설에서 취소를 눌러줘야 하는데 중국인 기질이 다분해 보이는 이친구가 취소를 눌러줄것 같지 않았다
하이라이트는 이제내가 앞뒤로 빼도 박도 못한 상황이다 싶으니
"난방장치없다"[2월말 대만에 꽃샘추위가 오는데 지우펀에 비가와 무자비하게 추웠다]
"밤11시에 셔터내리고 잠그면 그날은 못들어오니 알아서 반듯이 제시간에 들어와라"
그리고 우리 b&b숙소는 그어떤 서비스도 없으니 귀찮게 하지마라"
라는데 섬짱개 섬짱개 사람들이 왜 욕을 하는지 온몸으로 느끼게 해주었다
내가 금전적인 보상을 원하는게 아니다 우리집이 이친구보단 월등히 부유하니 숙박비 그거 그냥 적선했다치면 그만이다
단지 여긴 아무런 준비가 안된날림 업소이니 이글을 이해하는 한국인이라면 절대 예약하지마라
우리나라 하루2만원의 게스트 하우스보다 월등히 떨어진다
그냥 이사람은 접객에 대한 아무 지식이 없는자다
