整體服務很棒，環境也舒適，但可惜作為防疫旅館有提醒朋友不吃豬肉，還是有送錯餐～不過其他部分都還不錯。

第一次入住這間鄰近新埔站的防疫旅館， 701號房間面積很大， 令人感覺舒適， 只是燈光較暗。
旅館的服務人員主要以Line和客人互通訊息，不會隨便騷擾客人，但對客人提出的要求，卻不是有求必應，我想要一套非即棄的餐具吃飯，但服務人員以沒有供應為由而拒絕，但一間旅館竟然沒有非即棄的餐具，真的奇怪。
旅館提供給客人使用的一般物品算是足夠， 但在九天八夜的隔離期間，除了早、午、晚三餐外，完全沒有汽水飲料和小食供應， 而提供的三餐只是普通的便當，沒有湯水、糕點或甜品，所以每天也要吃由朋友送來的東西作補充，在食物供應方面，明顯跟上一次我入住的新莊區防疫旅館有很大差別。
因為要隔離而被迫入住防疫旅館已經不是愉快的經驗, 如果旅館提供的服務不夠貼心, 對客人而言, 這段日子會更難過。

I ma staying here for a one-week quarantine. Very large room, clean but a bit old. The internet is acceptable. The service is very good and staff very courteous. I like the view from my room and it’s sufficient bright in the room. The air-con is also pretty good
