I booked a twin room, and I could only put an open suitcase in it after putting the two beds together. There was only one chair in the room, and it would be a bit crowded to put another chair in it for two people. I still applied for a chair, but it was not delivered until I checked out. The toilet smelled like a subway, and even though the room was sprayed with perfume, it still couldn't cover the stench. The most incomprehensible thing was that there was no hand sanitizer. I asked the front desk for hand sanitizer, but they said they didn't provide any amenities and asked me to wash my hands with the shower gel in the bathroom. How can it be worse than a public toilet? Later I saw the notice of cancellation of amenities posted in the hotel elevator, and it did not include hand sanitizer and soap. Isn't this a lie?
