The room is small, the service is average, but the location is good. The cleaning is perfunctory, and the quilt in our room was folded on the suitcase twice when we came back from going out. They also said that we had a 50-dollar credit for breakfast, but in the end we paid the full price, and they said it would be refunded to us later. Finally, we contacted Ctrip customer service to ask for us, and they said that if we had already paid the full price, we would not get it back.

We had a great time. The room is tiny but it was sufficient for what we needed. The location is great and the staff was very accommodating and nice. It's a great place to stay in NYC.

Location is good if you want to be near where the action is. A lot of eateries, convenient stores, souvenir shops, theatres, the hop on hop off bus stop, etc etc. The only snag is the room is too small for 2 persons let alone for us, a family of 3.
