Pros - the King size bed is excellent. Quiet room. Clean. Efficient housekeeping. The wood floor is very nice. Excellent location in Manhattan. Noho near Prince Street in Soho. Nice widows that can be opened. Cons -- no chair in the room ie. no place to sit outside the bed. Breakfast is scant. Strange tasting hot chocolate. Rain shower that gives out a not very hot drizzle. No shower caps anywhere in the hotel.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! The rooms were impeccably clean, offering just the right balance of comfort and simplicity. The breakfast was outstanding, and the artistic ambiance of the hotel added a unique charm to the stay. Located perfectly, it made exploring the city a breeze. We stayed here during our stay in Manhattan and were very pleased. The location is convenient for several food options and for the subway station to take you throughout the city. The accommodations are minimalist (which I loved!), but it was very enjoyable and incredibly clean. The complimentary coffee and pastries served in the morning were a great start to the day. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

At first glance it can look shady, but once you walk into the mysterious marvel alleyway filled with art and free expression you are welcomed to a cozy place to lay your head.
The staff here are top notch! Even their new hire was a great guy. Our first room had issues witht the heater and they stepped up to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. The issue couldn't be fixed so they upgraded us.
The breakfast of coffee/tea and pastries is simple, but fantastic. Their coffee beans they use are roasted really well and have a nice complexity to it. Where ever they get their parties from is phenomenal.
They only issue is that alley gets popular with tourists and artists, so it can get crowded and blocked quickly at times.
Other than that, this was an enjoyable stay.

It was very clean, basic and minimalistic. Nice inner garden. Location perfect. Good coffee good pastry in the morning until 2 pm. Could be better if you had a choice for the rest of the day, smiley helpful personnel. I will book again hopefully.
