The location is great. The view was just a view of the building! The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. It was convenient to have a small refrigerator! However, the soundproofing is a bit disappointing. Please note!

Wish there were more soaps towels and shampoos but it was very nice . The rooftop is absolutely lovely and the staff is so nice . I am definitely coming back here and will be at the rooftop all summer!!

The facility was excellent. Clean and in a great area. The problem came with the service and amenities. The service was very slow and there were no amenities in the room. There was no iron, no refrigerator. Not even an ice machine in the building. I was very disappointed that these basic needs weren't met, especially given the large cost of the room.

The room is small and dark, with the opposite floor wall outside the window. The front desk service is extremely unprofessional and no one will deliver luggage for 30 minutes and can only pick it up by yourself. This is not a star-rated hotel. Looking at the room set by Ctrip 5.0, it is simply a nightmare. Just make do with one night and quickly escape.

The property is a good basic business hotel at a good price. At the time of our stay there was not a full restaurant, bar, access to the lounge, mini bars, or any laundry options etc. They offer a few basic breakfast items in the morning in what was the restaurant but the selection is very limited and wasn’t used. There is a daily resort fee which I have no idea what it is for as the hotel offers no amenities or even a lounge space. The hotel also charges 100.00 a day for incidentals which the hotel has absolutely no incidentals of any kind that can be charged to the room. The staff was very friendly just I must say but all of the required charges and holds for services and amenities that do not exist is very odd.

If you’re looking for a place with room service this place isn’t it. If you’re looking for a space with robes in the room, this place isn’t it. If you’re looking for the staff to help place your bags in the room upon arrival or pick them up upon checking out, this place again… is not it. I also switched from a king deluxe with balcony to a double beds room due to a friend joining in the reservation and I was told that even though the balcony was being removed that I was getting a seating area… the seating area was the walk space from bed to closet, now had a chair planted in the middle with a circular table… therefore, you lost the three steps you would have from bed to closet wall. That isn’t a seating area to me but rather taking up a space. Oh, and there’s no snacks just waters in the mini fridge
It’s clean, convenient location.
