위치 아주 좋아요 뷰는 걍 건물뷰였어요! 화장실 깨끗하고 직원들 친절해요~ 작은 냉장고가 있어서 편리했어요! 다만 방음이 살짝 아쉽네요 참고하세요!

Wish there were more soaps towels and shampoos but it was very nice . The rooftop is absolutely lovely and the staff is so nice . I am definitely coming back here and will be at the rooftop all summer!!

The facility was excellent. Clean and in a great area. The problem came with the service and amenities. The service was very slow and there were no amenities in the room. There was no iron, no refrigerator. Not even an ice machine in the building. I was very disappointed that these basic needs weren't met, especially given the large cost of the room.

房間小而陰暗，窗外就是對面樓牆。前台服務極不專業且行李30分鐘都沒人送上來衹能下去自己取。這不是星級酒店，看攜程5.0的評價定的房，簡單是惡夢，湊合一晚趕緊逃離。

Worst customer service i have experienced at a hotel. I bought a room for my friend, but they had to leave early. I was told I was still paying for the room even though my friend had checked out early. I tried to get a key to the room so my other friend could sleep in that room. When asked for the key to the room I was told I couldn't get it because my other friend had already checked out. May I remind you that I am still paying for the room. So in the end I was paying for a room that I could no longer access. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never purchase a room here again.

Went with my daughter to NYC. The hotel was great! Excellent location! Sheets and towels good, A/C good, breakfast buffet lovely on the terrace with a nice view of the city. Easy walk to any part of the city or to the subway stations as need be. Hotel employees very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at the Mondrian a few times within the last 3 years and I find the staff are always accommodating and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and decent sized for NYC. The location is ideal, good food spots are within close proximity. Can’t wait to visit again! Shout out to Marshall and the whole front desk team!

Not on par with other Mondrian hotels. This is a 1-2 star establishment. Breakfast served on paper plates.
