Service could be better

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a King bed. Everything worked, including good wi-fi. Having parking available is an incredible plus for those of us who are driving. Very safe, interesting neighborhood, with a wide variety of restaurants and the Woodside metro within a 15 minute walk. An amazing value for NYC. The check-in/check-out process here is unbelievable, and not in a good way. It took at least ten minutes per person to check in each of the two parties that were waiting when I arrived, and another 10 for me. The amount of paper shuffling is incredible! They tell you up front to allow 15 minutes for checkout, and they mean it. Hard to understand. The other thing was "breakfast". Toast with jelly (no butter), ramen noodles, milk, juice and hot water. And fruit loops. The other things in the photos: fruit, hardboiled eggs, steamed buns...none of it was there when we stayed there. If they actually advertised breakfast, I'd drop them another point for this, but they don't. Still, they ought to get rid of the if this photo if this the best they can do.

Towels are old with holes and no shampoo no body wash. Hot water not really hot :(

This hotel is well-located near Woodside station for both La Guardia and JFK and is reasonably clean but the rooms and hotel is so run down room wise.

Pros: location near subway; comfortable bed; plenty of hot water; nice staff. Cons: location next to very noisy street, and not near many restaurant choices.

The room itself is fine for its value . Rooms were clean and bathrooms updated. However, thumping on the walls and moaning kept us up all night. It was awful. Now this could happen at any hotel but this particular hotel encourages this by renting rooms out by the hour. They have an hourly price list at the front desk. Hourly rates end at 10:30 pm but it must be a frequented venue for the local sex worker business at any hour. I only wish we could have changed hotels but it was the weekend of the marathon and we were stuck there.

Stayed here for 7 nights in April. Perfect hotel to explore the city and further afield. Bus stop outside does the whole lebgth of Queens Boulevard in both directions. Few mins walk to Woodside subway or get the bus to Sunnyside and subway is directly in front of the bus stop. CVS is also at the busstop in Sunnyside so handy for essentials. Staff lovely and friendly and there for questions if needed at all hours of say and night. Rooms basic but well kept and clean what more do you want. No food or drink served but thats the same in a lot of places at this pricepoint and above and there is an abundance of eateries and places to drink about. All in all hightly reccomend.

Great place there one night no complains. Quick easy would stay there again!!!

It wasn’t a bad little room and it was cheap so it is what you get. The only thing is that it didn’t have a fridge or even a microwave so it’s hard to store food or keep drinks cold.
