Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

It was a great location and I had an amazing experience. During breakfast times, the elevators are crowded, so you may have to wait 10-15 minutes on each side. A late check-out is allowed up to 30 minutes. I have stayed in many hotels where if you are staying for a few nights they would accommodate an hour easily and sometimes even two. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Great location, clean and modern rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff, it has everything that you need, I would definitely stay here again next time. Only downside is the a/c unit in the room that kicks on every 3/4 minutes and is really loud, however this was no problem for me since the temperature in the room was okay without the a/c on.
