Hotel condition was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the main street, but the conditions are good enough.

The room is old, there are big cockroaches in and out late at night; the carpet looks like it has been there for many years, and the room smells musty. The breakfast environment is okay, but there are few types and the taste is mediocre.
In short, it was a very bad experience, and I will not choose this hotel again in the future

The Kimberley is that fabulous surprise in Midtown East in Manhattan. The suites are classic and large for Manhattan. Beautifully appointed down to every detail. The location is excellent for getting anywhere in Manhattan along with all three airports and Penn Station. It offers ultra luxury details with plenty of privacy. The UPSTAIRS is perfect for breakfast, after meeting refreshments of relaxing with a fabulous view. The dining options for your meals and to entertain guests and clients are wonderful options. The Kimberley has become my “go-to” hotel in Manhattan. You will feel the same way!

Beautiful boutique hotel, fabulous room, great fluffy bedding. Great location to Time Square ‘& Rockefeller Center. Our kids were comfortable & content. Everything was perfect. Thank you for making everything perfect. We would love to come back on our ext trip to New York City.

The hotel is very good and the doorman Ralph is fantastic, the room was big and spotless. The reason for the low score was “The Upstairs “. This we thought was a nice rooftop terrace for relaxing after a day sightseeing etc. WRONG. This is an area with lots of companies using as entertainment post work. Jammed packed and very noisy, it took us 2 days to get a reservation and then when we arrived the table wasn’t available. The staff were rude and very aggressive and we never got to make a menu selection as they never came to take our order This totally spoilt our experience at the Kimberly and we wouldn’t return for this reason

We had an outstanding stay at the Kimberly Hotel. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered was gracious and helpful. The hotel's location in midtown Manhattan proved perfect and convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. I easily and highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 stars, without hesitation!
