I was very happy to stay at this hotel, particularly with assistance from Dovid. He knows a lot about the city and gave me good directions, suggestions on places to go, etc. The accommodations were good. It would be great if there was a tea towel and cloth to wash and dry dishes used. The only other thing I might suggest is to offer lotion in the rooms. I would recommend that others stay at the hotel. It's always nice to be treated well by hotel staff. Dovid is the best!

I would rate my experience as “Excellent.” The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with any request. The room is an incredible VIEW! If you in NYC this is the hotel !!! The food is authentic! -Ana

The hotel was great everything was perfect. I went for business trip and the room I went to was 203 (Fanny Briee) everything in the room was amazing.

I stayed in the Ella room which is room 302 and it was amazing. The room was nice and clean when I got in. The person at the front desk was nice and polite upon my entry. Very nice environment, the music was light nothing too crazy. The coffee here is really good definitely kept me up for the day. Definitely would come book here again.

I stayed at the this hotel and it was a very amazing stay here staff was so friendly and nice would stay agin.the room has such an amazing view. Just amazing food choices.this is the best hotel to book for a birthday trip with friends or family.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best hotels you can stay at if you are driving into NYC. There is always parking directly across the street or around the corner. Keyless entry with pin instead of using a card, so you can never lose your keys. All in all a GREAT hotel. I always come back!

Al di là del gusto personale di ognuno di noi ci sono alcune condizioni che sono imprescindibili in un soggiorno: pulizia e servizi. In questa struttura, nonostante venga presentata in pompa magna sul proprio sito ed egregiamente recensita su tripadvisor, non abbiamo trovato ne una ne l'altra. Il personale non è stato minimamente all'altezza, abbiamo chiesto 2 cose: se fosse compresa la colazione o se il bar all'ingresso fosse fruibile e non abbiamo avuto risposta perchè il ragazzo alla reception 'non sapeva'. NDR il bar al piano terra non lo abbiamo mai visto operativo durante 3 mattine di soggiorno quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con colazione fuori. La seconda cosa richiesta è stata la possibilità di lasciare le valigie il giorno del check-out, ci è stato risposto che non disponendo di un locale apposito avremmo potuto lasciarle nelle scale di servizio (alla mercè della qualunque). Cosa che per questioni di evidente necessità siamo stati costretti a fare. Abbiamo inoltre richiesto un locale dove poterci cambiare prima del volo e ci hanno direzionato in un WC pubblico interno decisamente sporco. Questione housekeeping (pagata come servizio aggiuntivo obbligatorio 87$): la camera è stata riordinata solo una volta su due richieste. Il tutto arbitrariamente perchè era stato chiaramente richiesto con apposito cartello. Al di là della disastrosa esperienza le immagini che si vedono sul sito di camere da boutique hotel disattendono alacremente le attese, sia in termini di qualità che di pulizia. Lascio le immagini come reale situazione di un hotel il quale, a detta di National Geographic è uno dei migliori hotel dell'emisfero boreale. Probabilmente quell'edizione di National Geographic è stata prima della guerra di indipendenza americana, non vi è altra spiegazione. Senza contare poi la qualità del sonno ridicola, tutti i rumori si sentono nonostante fossimo al piano 4. E grazie anche a qualche ospite molto maleducato che arrivava in camera alle 1 di notte urlando e sbattendo volutamente porte e cassetti. NB. Considerando che ho notato che l'hotel risponde a tutte le critiche mosse con argute risposte decido di mettere le mani avanti rispondendo ad un eventuale replica: 'Più pulizia, più servizio, meno chiacchiere!' Sinceramente consiglio a tutti i miei connazionali che leggeranno questa recensione di andare altrove e spendere meglio i loro soldi!

We live in NYC and occasionally need a hotel when friends come and stay in our apartment. We have tried many hotels around the Lower East Side/ Tribecca area. This is our favorite! it is such a special place, a real family run hotel, which is so rare. The rooms are huge by comparison to any other place we have stayed. They are super clean and many have balconies. The location is great, and the people who run it are the absolute best. I highly recommend!
