Right near Times Square. The room was clean (although there were socks from the previous person). When I told them that there were no plugs for the bath and sink, they brought them right away. I didn't know there was free drink service on the first floor, so I went outside to buy coffee every day. I wish I had been informed at check-in. Everyone, please get a drink at the free corner on the first floor!

Great find, right in the midst of the theater district, but just enough removed from Times Square. If they would reopen their bar and offer specialty morning coffee & pastries, and cocktails in the evening it would be perfect.

The location of this hotel is perfect for Broadway, Time Square, Rockefeller Center, and many shopping opportunities! Daniel (front desk/concierge) was amazing with so many helpful recommendations! So many restaurants nearby! Rooms are cozy, but beds are quite firm!
The only negative was getting a taxi to drop us off directly in front of the hotel or pick us up directly in front of the hotel. Perhaps because we used the Curb app to order the taxi instead of allowing hotel to get it, but coming and going we had to stroll with our luggage to meeting points in the cold because they couldn't get to us.

This place is AWESOME...perfectly located near Time Square (1/2 long block) yet it is super quiet and clean. I felt very safe there with my family. Also, the rooms are LARGE, the bathrooms luxury, and the beds are super comfy! A McDonald's and Chick-fil-A 1/2 block away for easy breakfast. Check out the lobby bathrooms-they are super cool! We will be back!
