After being given the run around from the front desk and Choice phone...I've found out the real reason they canceled my reservation was because they are one of the new york properties accepting all the illegals from the border. So as a tax paying American citizen, I end up getting my stay canceled and scramble the day of arrival to find lodging accommodations because this location is fine with this practice. They lied saying they are under renovation but you can google the truth and see this property doesn't care about their Radisson customers.

I paid in full on the Radisson website well in advance. After travelling for over 24hrs, got a taxi to the hotel at 11pm only to find out that our hotel is no longer a hotel but a hostel. Was told by someone inside that my booking had been transferred to the IHG group without informing me, BUT, IHG had canx my booking, so now I am without a hotel. Eventually after 2hrs of trying to sort everything out I ended up at IHG Holiday INN Xpress but I had to pay again, which at 2am seemed the easier option. After multiple emails to Radisson I am still awaiting any acknowledgement of responsibility and I still do not have a refund for a hotel stay that never took place AND they were aware of this fact well before the actual travel date. Awful.

We felt we were catfished by the pictures on the internet. The room was small, in spite of us paying for a king room. The hotel was under construction and we were persuaded from getting a room on a higher floor. Nothing bad like bugs but just not great. Good shower!

Wir waren 8 Nächte in Zimmer 704. Es war für ny Verhältnisse recht großzügig und auch sauber, bequemes Bett. Etwas Hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und SUPER LAGE! Haltestellen J,Z,2,3 Und 4 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute kostenlose snacks und Wein nachmittags kostenlos. Der Kaffee hat super geschmeckt aus der Maschine, nur war diese leider die Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes defekt.

We got our room in the hotel using SuperTravel, but when we arrived our reservation could not be found. For about two hours, Latoya took her time to put effort into looking into our issue and resolving for us. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!

We had a room booked for first week of April. Couple of days in advance we received an email they needed to cancel our reservation, and offered to rebook us into another hotel. Very happy at first to get a good solution, but after we confirmed we agreed being relocated, Radisson became unreachable. No reply on the emails, phone number out of service, so other phone nr or emails could be found online... The proposed hotel was not aware, so suddenly we did not have any place to sleep just couple of days before our arrival in NYC. We had to book an alternative ourselves last-minute, needles to say this was of a much lower comfort and much higher rate... So we can't write any review on the rooms or hotel itself, but we are very disappointed on the customer service they have offered. Caused us a lot of extra time and money.

N'allez jamais dans cet hôtel, Pas d'eau chaude pendant deux jours (on a été remboursé 2 nuits mais j'aurai préféré me doucher à l'eau chaude en plein mois de décembre et les autres hôtels étais complets), la clim qui fait un bruit pas possible et qui est a 18 degrés impossible de l'éteindre, ma doudoune a disparu et quand je demande à l'accueil on me dit d'envoyer un mail pour faire une réclamation, mais la boite mail est saturée. donc plus de doudoune finito pipo

Llegué a las 2am y me indicaron que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Luego de casi media hora el joven me ofreció una solución que acepté , aunque se demoró mucho en ofrecerla no puedo negar que fue súper amable. Al siguiente día se solucionó el problema de mi reserva y no tuve más inconvenientes, no me dieron clave de wifi felizmente no la necesité. La habitación aunque bastante pequeña muy confortable, limpia y renovada. La vista a la calle me gusto aunque no era muy buena. La calefacción es muy mala, estaba demasiado caliente lo que me llevaba abrir las ventanas a pesar del frío terrible de esos días en NY, además cada vez que encendía hacía un ruido terrible que me despertaba varias veces en la noche. Es algo que definitivamente deben mejorar. No cuentan con servicio de desayuno, eso debería ser un plus. Por lo demás pues todos muy amables y prestos a brindar ayuda en todo momento. La ubicación es excelente cerca de varias estaciones de tren.

N’y pensez pas !!! Hôtel réservé en septembre 2022, ils vous font miroiter du rêve et à 15 jours de l’arrivée annule les réservations sans raisons ni excuse sûrement car ils ont eu une réservation plus importante !! Décevant et affligeant !! C’est à vomir
