The Hotel Hugo is a hidden gem that is conveniently located 10 minutes from the heart of SoHo. The rooms are spacious for New York and if you request a higher room the views are good. The hotel is also well priced and the staff is so helpful and friendly (special thanks to Wint). The cafe is also a great spot to grab breakfast before a day of exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here for a great little boutique hotel option while visiting New York for business or pleasure.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hugo for the weekend. The staff was great. Wint at the front desk was polite and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee from the cafe at the hotel. The surrounding entertainment and food options were plentiful. We were walking distance away from great restaurants and convenience shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends as well as stay here again when visiting NYC in the future.

Convenient Location.
But not safe since anyone can get into the elevator without a room key.
Staff attitude is terrible. I booked through ******* for a room with water view. But the hotel did not have any room with a view, and the staff attitude was terrible.
