由於不是連鎖品牌，貌似比希爾頓之類的低了一個檔次，但老酒店自有老的味道，電梯空間雖小但光鑒照人的銅製面板透出老紐約韻味，大堂雖小卻顯精緻，客房比想象得大不少，雙床房沒有沙發，冰箱不知什麼原因也不可用，但可以打電話讓客服送來熱水壺。從迎賓到前台到客房人員，基本都是笑臉相迎，攜程訂房也沒出現結帳亂收費現象，衹收了訂房時標出的幾美金。位置沒得説，去中央公園、大都會、歷史自然博物館等步行尺度，去MOMA尤其近，三四分鐘吧，比住在時報廣場區域清靜許多，也方便許多。

Was given the worst room. Dark and tiny. said this is what I paid for? I had stayed here before and never had a room like this. Asked for another lamp a never got it. Towels were skimpy. Shower broken. Do not go!!

孩子到紐約讀書，開學前住了三天酒店。
特意選了比較安全的地段。
房間也比較大，稍微有點舊
🚗 交通：非常方便，離地鐵近
🧹衞生：還行
周邊隨便逛逛很不錯，離MOMA很近

It's a nice, old hotel, but it is old, and the elevators are very small. There can be a lot of traffic waiting for those elevators, and you could be waiting for 5 minutes or so to get an elevator because only so many peiple can get on at a time. I also wish there had been laundry service of some sort, whether it be done by the hotel or self-service.

From the moment we check in, and actually well in advance of our check-in when I had called to confrim our room and car service from the airport, everyone at The Warwick was amazing, kind and friendly!! It was wonderful and we thank you for the great time!!

Tres deçue. J’avais fait cette reservation pour mon anniversaire. Rien n’a été respectés. La chambre avec vue sur la ville… je vous laisse apprécier la photo (avec les vitres si propres au passage) Nous sommes 4, il n’y a que 3 serviettes, 2 verres d’eau (une petite bouteille d’eau). On demande 2 autres verres et un couteau : du plastique… On demande des glaçons, ont doit les chercher nous même. Pas de room service. On paie pour garder nos valises la journée si on a deja fait le check out. 2$ par valise. Le tout sans un sourire. Et quand on discute avec la manager, elle daigne a peine dire bonjour, me dit que je n’ai qu’a partir, d’autres seront contents. Sans compter les lits minuscules pour 4, alors que ca convient clairement à 2 personnes. Seul + : il y a une machine à café. Je recommande sincèrement le Voco, ou encore un Marriott qui avaient une nette difference de prix, et dans lesquels nous avons été super bien accueillis.
