Since it is not a chain brand, it seems to be a grade lower than that of Hilton. However, the old hotel has its own old taste. Although the elevator space is small, the bright copper panels reveal the charm of old New York. The lobby is small but exquisite. , The room is much bigger than expected, there is no sofa in the twin room, and the refrigerator is not available for some reason, but you can call the customer service to send a kettle. Was given the worst room. Dark and tiny. said this is what I paid for? I had stayed here before and never had a room like this. Asked for another lamp a never got it. Towels were skimpy. Shower broken. Do not go!!

It's a nice, old hotel, but it is old, and the elevators are very small. There can be a lot of traffic waiting for those elevators, and you could be waiting for 5 minutes or so to get an elevator because only so many peiple can get on at a time. I also wish there had been laundry service of some sort, whether it be done by the hotel or self-service.

Sehr gute Lage und preislich akzeptabel. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung im Badezimmer allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Armaturen ziemlich alt und duschen in einer Badewanne ist etwas beschwerlich.

Hotel antigo, banheiro e elevador pequeno, café da manhã a la carte com valor elevado, academia muito ruim só tem esteira, bicicleta e alteres, não dá para fazer musculação para quem está habituado, porém os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Acredito que tem hotéis melhores pelo mesmo preço.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was in Midtown so everything was close. The hotel has a lot of history and famous entertainers frequented it. The staff was great and very helpful. We would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay here and would stay here again. It was comfortable and in an excellent part of NYC. Murals at 54 did a great breakfast, but be aware that the hotel does not offer lunch or room service. The bar is delightful, but needs to offer more white wine choices: pino grigio, suav blanc and chardonnay is rather limited for a NY hotel in a prime location. Our keys did not wok (turned out the battery on the door need replacing), but that was dealt with quickly. The hairdryer did not work. The location and the comfort is definitely the draw.
