我用我的血淚史告訴大家：不要因為它毗鄰911遺址公園，就作出飲鴆止渴的預訂。進屋就得立馬上炕的寬度。前台告知衹有客人要求才進行客房打掃等服務。門外樓道若碰見其他人迎面走來都得錯身。唯一可以誇的就是公共區域有空瓶子接飲用水。

Everything is doing ok, especially the location is very closed to the subway station which is connected with a lot of lines. But except the weak signal of hotel WiFi and the TV couldn't convince to connect to personal device, and it really inconvenient for an online meeting if you travel with work sometimes.
Furthermore, the bed just on the side of the room entrance, which is not a normal design for a hotel room. I was be woke up by the noise and the housekeeping notice from outside every morning.

Very unfriendly staff ... front desk very rude dawn wasnt hospitable at all ... no greeting or how are you welcome. Started off with a bad feeling, and was correct. Deff will not be back. Very no frills hotel ... and the staff makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay at a basic place to sleep.

This hotel was a gem for a solo traveler in Lower Manhattan. The room was bigger than expected for Manhattan. It had plenty of amenities for both a business traveler and also a leisure traveler. The refillable water stations were a bonus and coffee machines in the lobby were always available. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful every time I came through the lobby. There is a burger place on the next block that stays open late, compared to other restaurants in the area. I would stay here again if I needed to be in Lower Manhattan. Easy access to the Metro a block away in the Oculus.
