房間大小還行，國內正常三星酒店的標準，在紐約算難得了，且這個位置還不錯，離地鐵站也比較近，去曼哈頓兩站地鐵。
房間的隔音一般。如果睡眠不太好的，建議跟前台説，讓他們給你一個不臨街的房間，他們是一個L型，所以有些房間是臨，有些房間是不臨的。
也注意避開造冰的機器，那玩意太吵了。
一樓大廳有24小時熱白開水！！！
服務蠻熱情的，在大廳等車的時候，有一位叫molly的前台，主動幫我保管行李。

前台很熱情，早餐簡單但是夠吃飽，大堂24小時有熱水，咖啡。房間比較小，但是價格和性價比在這種地方已經算是可以的了。

不會再住這家酒店，前台一位叫Galica 的太不專業也不友好。第一天check in就收我兩次按金，一次$400,一次$817.70，而我們在兩個月前就已經預付過四天的全部房費。我們問前台那位叫Galica的服務生，她也沒有給我們一個合理的解釋，而且在我們住酒店的四天時間裏，酒店始終沒有主動給我們一句解釋或道歉。入住第一天給我們安排的房間衞生間門很難開關，酒店派人來修，説要把門取下來，衹能要求換房間了。好在酒店前台經理還比較好溝通。
