酒店設施很老舊，體驗不是很好。床比較小，床單也比較舊。前面連續四天沒有打掃衞生，催了很多次後麪才打掃。一共七層，每天凌晨五點多被樓下的抽水車吵醒。淋浴頭沖的痛。唯一好的地方就是早餐和服務態度。app也很坑，搜過以後就提價。住過無數次酒店，每天晚上300多美金居然有這種體驗。表示很無奈。

The extreme friendliness of the team breakfast was amazing. Room was spotless and a gorgeous view. The front desk assisted, and Printing request. They also gave wonderful directions.

Very comfy and clean. Very nice bed. Location is good. Right down the street from a parking garage so that was very convenient. The outer door is locked after hours so it's well protected. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall I was pleased and I would stay again.

Second time in nyc, the most amazing staff ever, friendly and helpful, awesome breakfast with a coffee station 24 hours, the only thing was the thermostat of the room, the heater wasn’t working when we arrived and after that it was throwing hot air all the time, the location is amazing after 4-5 pm the streets are very calm without that crowd like time square or those areas, 1-2 blocks to subway lines

Staff was excellent! So kind and helpful! Market across street is convenient for grabbing food. A little far for Times square activities but perfect for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, downtown, Brooklyn.
