Second time in nyc, the most amazing staff ever, friendly and helpful, awesome breakfast with a coffee station 24 hours, the only thing was the thermostat of the room, the heater wasn’t working when we arrived and after that it was throwing hot air all the time, the location is amazing after 4-5 pm the streets are very calm without that crowd like time square or those areas, 1-2 blocks to subway lines

Staff was excellent! So kind and helpful! Market across street is convenient for grabbing food. A little far for Times square activities but perfect for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, downtown, Brooklyn.

The staff was very friendly. The location is great and accessible to many things by walking or hopping on the subway. Great restaurants in close by walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised! Friendly front desk. Complimentary breakfast. Stayed in suite w king bed & sofa bed. There’s a wall between bed & sofa bed area. We had to walk around the building for a cab & it took us a while to hail one. I would stay here again
