I had to keep asking the front desk staff to come and change the input on the television. Also, half the channels on the TV are either without audio, or no reception at all. If that we're fixed, it'd make the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

My stay at the Vue was pleasant. Stop there on a short stay. Room was clean. They gave enough towels so i was pleased.

The room was very clean and very accessible. Desk attendant was extremely helpful. Hotel near to transportation, food and some shopping. Lovely location. Will stay there in the future.

It smelled like cigarettes on the non-smoking floor, the bathroom was dirty, and the TV was broken. I didn't expect the Ritz, but I was hoping to get slightly better accommodations for how much money I spent.

Was my first time in Brooklyn/NY. Maybe this is what you get at this price level. Smallest room ever and no closet, shower seemed unfinished, bed was old/lumpy. No where to put suitcase, so it has to go on 1/2 bed. Luckily it was a king.

Smelly rooms, dirty, a lot of hair on the bed, but the staff is pretty nice at the reception.

The towels are not looked clean, the room was small, the parking was very small, the bathroom didn’t work properly, dining area wasn’t comfortable only two chairs and one little table. It’s took me a long time before I slept, my skin was itching. It was very expensive for the quality of services. I will never go to this hotel anymore.
