The hotel was perfectly fine, but the air conditioning unit and mini refrigerator were very loud and disrupted my sleep all night when they would turn on every hour. I barely slept and my 2 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night from the loud air unit. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off and there was no remote.

Lovely spacious room in a delightful hotel…. Until nightfall on the weekend. We stayed in a ground floor loft suite, which was fine until we returned for dinner to be met with constant thumping music which can be heard through noise cancelling headphones. It’s still going at 11 pm and the splitting headache cannot balance out the earlier charm we felt. A hotel’s first task is to provide a restful nights sleep to the guests- fail at this, and the rest is moot. The weak shower pressure and mediocre toiletries as well as the distance from any subway would be other negatives. If you’re a late night partier who Ubers everywhere this may be the place for you!

Absolutely loved my stay at The Box Hotel in Brooklyn! The rooms are super stylish, featuring an industrial chic vibe with fantastic views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. While there isn't a rooftop bar, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring NYC, close to excellent dining and shopping. I highly recommend The Box Hotel for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Brooklyn!

Amazing, spacious hotel with loads of character in a very convenient and exciting location (close to cool eateries, well connected via subway, hip neighbourhood). We arrived earlier than expected and managed to secure early check in thanks to Kristina. Service was very friendly and effective. We will be back!!
