The room is really nice and nice. The service attitude is very professional and patient. The hygiene is also great. If you need any help, someone will be sent to check it out right away. So I highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel. The receptionist are very kind and helpful. Rooms are quite big compared to other NYC resorts. Although stay fees are a bit high - comparable to Vegas 5 stars resorts.

Been here several times for various events and goings on. The upper management including the person who responds with their insincere generic autobot responses are the worst you can get. I've been here several times and the staff here are the most insincere gold diggers I've ever seen. The bellman Bobby has got to be one of the worst bellman I've seen and that's a lot of bellmen. People pick this hotel because it seems classic and old new york but when you get inside the staff ruin it and the public areas have been ruined with trashy renovations . The ownership and upper management of this hotel could care less as long as it doesn't affect their bottom line. If you want to stay somewhere that lacks social interaction and human energy look no further.

As always, our stay was wonderful. The staff treat you like royalty. We were upgraded from a junior suite to a full suite. In spite of being right in the heart of Manhattan, the room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable. We will certainly stay there again and recommend it for singles, couples and families with children.
