There is a kitchen, but it is just a decoration. I couldn't use the stove, so I made hot water in the microwave. The room and bath are spacious, so this is recommended for people who like spacious rooms. You can feel like you're living in an old New York apar**ent.

Very convenient to the metro. Excellent solution for being able to eat a meal at home, it is a mini apar**ent. There's a sponge and dishwashing liquid. Every day they change towels and tidy up the room. Very friendly staff. If I really have to find a flaw, the hairdryer only blows cold air, a lifetime for drying hair

Always a warm greeting. Its nice to have a full kitchen. The place runs very hot in the winter and you will have to open the windows. Great location.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hairs all over the bed, not just one that might have accidentally ended up on the covers, but there was about 10-15 hairs, like surely the maid must think I had best remove those?? The room was also like a sauna. I asked the guy on reception if he can turn the heating off, he said he would do but to open a window. Checked a few hours later and the heating was still beaming out and the open window was barely doing anything. Checked the next morning and the heating was still on so he clearly didn't turn it off, or at least turn it down. Other than this, it was ok, for the price and location. The guy on the desk was actually cool. It was the hairs on the bed that made this a poor review. I could have dealt with the heating to an extent. The rest of the room was ok, bathroom and kitchen seemed clean enough and no issues. Easy check in and out.

1hour away from Time square if walking...if not? The subway station 5 minutes away . Mix income neighborhood, low income housing few minutes away. Target and whole foods 10-15 minutes away. Check in time 2pm, we arrived 6:30am wasn't allowed to check in. Refrigerator inside suite was kinda musky, dirty.

This property is converted apar**ents, which translated into a surprisingly large space with an efficiency kitchen/dining area and living room, a bathroom, and a smallish bedroom with two twin beds. The place was spotless and the wood floors were shiny and seemed recently refinished. We ended up paying a premium for New Year's Eve Friday, $370 for the night; regular rate is half this and would be a very good deal indeed by NYC standards. Only two complaints: "parking," mentioned on the webpage, cost $55/night and was a six-block walk. If you're driving, this probably isn't your place. Also, although the kitchen had a small coffee machine, no coffee set-ups were provided, nor was there coffee (much less breakfast!) downstairs. Management could easily provide in-room coffee set-ups for a couple of bucks a night. Apart from these two things, the room was excellent.

Everyone that works there is very nice! The place could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived, but overall it was perfect for the needs of my stay. Great location too! Thank you for having us!
