Fitzpatrick Hotels are always very welcoming and not ce to stay in. This location was quite noisy however and in a very busy area.

Absolutely loved staying here ,only few mins walk to Central Station, staff we're lovely and friendly, place was spotless and the bed was super comfy. I had a little problem with the window (wouldn't stay closed) and I went to reception and said it to them and they had a maintenance guy up literally within minutes and he sorted it straight away. I couldn't recommend Fitzpatricks highly enough really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

A nice hotel very near to Grand Central Station, It's been refurbished but the room could use a bit more furniture such as a small couch or extra sitting chair, Bathroom is large and clean but odd placement of shelf space for soap etc...

Comfortable, well maintained and in an excellent location.
The biggest bonus is the staff who were professional, friendly and attentive.
As regular visitors to New York, we found the level of service superior to anywhere we have stayed in the past.
We will definitely be back!
