Very well located, close to Union Street Brooklyn metro access, room with a small view of southern Manhattan. Calm neighborhood. Comfortable room with coffee, tea. Very generous breakfast, omelet, steak, fruit, broony. Welcoming staff. I will come back and I recommend this hotel to those who want to visit New York.

Cons- one small elevator that gets congested during the day, guest typically use stairs instead of waiting.
Rooms will have residual hair, dust and dirt from previous guest. We even found makeup smeared on bathroom walls.
Sheets had several holes.
NOT a well lit, modern, updated hotel
Pros- Pretty good complimentary breakfast selection.
Good location to access different parts of downtown Brooklyn with little commute.
Staff is overwhelmed but will attempt to service guest at his/her best ability.
