Very Nice stay and enjoyed. Close to good restaurants and walkable to Bryant park and had a wonderful long stay. Close to Grand central station and it was very convinient to take metro bus and as well as local trains. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 2 months during the holidays. Everyone was always friendly and very helpful. Clean accommodations and suites are large. Has everything you need. Location is excellent with great food within walking distance. Just made my reservations for this year. Highly recommended.

Location is great. Stuff is very friendly. And rooms is bid for NY standards. Rooms have kitchen, laundry at 0 floor and gym. Really great concept and implementation for monthly rental. I think if you need monthly rental it’s much better then some rbnb flats. Cause they change bed sets and towels. For this price all excellent 👍👍👍

La résidence est bien située, dans un quartier calme ou les magasins sont proches et nombreux pour satisfaire tous vos achats. Le hall d'entrée est bien agencé et propose des dépliants touristiques pour occuper les journée dans New York avec un espace pour se poser au calme. Les Dormans sont toujours présents, agréables et compétents avec une surveillance 24H24 7J/7 par vidéo dans l'ensemble du bâtiment, dans les espaces communs. C'est très rassurant surtout avec des enfants. Personne ne peut passer au dela de l'entrée sans se faire connaitre auprès des Dormans. La résidence est équipée d'une salle technique pour laver et sécher son linge payant en sous sol ce qui est très pratique sur un séjour long. Elle existe aussi en sous sol une salle de gym gratuite. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et bien équipées. Les salles de bains sont fonctionnelles. Les cuisines sont bien équipées pour cuisiner sans problème. Les salles de jours sont suffisantes en surface pour y passer le temps nécessaire. Il y a une télévision et une wifi gratuit. Un service de nettoyage complet est réalisé une fois par semaine avec changement du linge de bain et des draps. Merci à toute l'équipe d'intrevenants pendant notre séjour.

I ordered a studio in the beginning of March. Everything is so good! Compared to a dormitory room of university, I love the fully functional kitchen with all items I need. It’s a lovely building and staffs are very friendly. I’ll definitely come back next time!

Very very comfortable beds. King size. Staff has always been excellent, very helpful, always pleasant and smiling and very professional. I always felt safe. Someone was always at the reception desk and accepts and holds your packages for you. Staff always cleaning. Elevators were fast. Here on business for several months. Bonus for great black out curtains and a basic gym.

Super friendly and helpful staff - great location for mid-town east walking distance to grand central which is great, and a lot of supermarkets in the area also walking distance. price is reasonable depending on the season, the only down side though is that they don't do "deep cleaning"

This is our second trip with a long term stay, and we are having a wonderful time! Staff is very friendly, and always responsive when we asked for something. Building and rooms are clean and well-managed, and you can’t beat prime location. We will be back!
