The room is relatively large in Times Square, with average facilities, sanitation, and good soundproofing. Apart from the ambulance sirens, you can hardly hear any noise from the street. The room, view and location are all OK. Foreigners check in directly, but we Chinese have to wait until 4 o'clock to check in. After communicating with Ctrip, we checked in at around 3 o'clock and were arranged a room on the 44th floor (the highest is 45th). I like Ctrip. The front desk did not give us breakfast coupons. We had to go back and forth to queue up for breakfast coupons. Bad review. Breakfast is generally a classic American breakfast.

The room is not very clean. It is a renovated room. I am so disappointed. There are too many rooms and basically no service. It is not as good as domestic Home Inns.

The hotel is located right on Times Square, making it an ideal starting point for exploring New York. The room matched the description and my expectations. The room was clean and bright, the beds were comfortable and we didn't hear much of the hustle and bustle outside the room. Occasionally you could hear the neighbors through the walls and one night there was construction noise on the building site opposite.
We didn't use any of the hotel's paid services because they were more expensive than outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, except for the concierge who was arrogant and fobbed me off instead of helping. WiFi was free and there was a daily voucher for €30 in the hotel restaurant.
We would book the hotel again.
