Right in Times Square ! can get a little noisy , but that can be fixed with a couple of earplugs , for the location !

Terrible, terrible, very bad service, waited 3 hours for towels, made 6/7 phone calls during that time, is this a luxury hotel service? And there are compulsory food and beverage vouchers (must be consumed in the hotel restaurant, the food is also very average)

for a hotel of this size I found that there were a lot of shortcomings and I never complain but other less important hotels pay much more attention to details and small comforts (cream, small soap, etc. - no bathrobes no mini toothbrush… well all the little things…
