房間還算大，比較乾淨整潔，服務總體不錯，入住時前台還送了早餐券。不足之處：1.客房保潔員工作積極性太高，在我們表示過可以不用清潔，明天再來的情況下，還有人來敲門要求打掃。當天外面下大雨又很冷，我們打算一直呆在房間裏不出門，這時有人進房間做清潔工作，其實對我們來説是個打擾。
2.入住後發現台盆下水很慢，工程師來維修時撈出一坨令人作嘔的頭髮及污垢混合物之後，直接就把下水管道的蓋子蓋回去了。但此時管道里污垢還很多，最好是用管道清潔劑沖洗一下。
3.退房很慢。在我出示英文版的訂房確認信告知房費已提前付款以後，那個年長的女性工作人員又讓我們等了很長時間才告知説退房完畢。
4.退房後寄存行李，收寄行李的黑人大叔要求先付小費，説他下午不在。等我們下午回來拿行李時，感覺幫助我們拿行李的工作人員有期待小費的意思，就跟他説早上給過了，他回覆説他們不共享小費。這就比較尷尬，説實在也就是把幾個行李箱從行李房門口拉到房間裏，距離大約不超過十米。因為不需要把箱子提上提下，並不消耗多少體力。中午存行李的時候給了5美金小費，總不至於下午再付一次吧？如果因為不共享小費需要付兩次，是不是事先該提示一下？現在這樣還不如明碼標價收取行李寄存費。
