Can you believe that hotel non-smoking rooms cost money to upgrade? The location is good, and it is convenient to go there, but not much else. In addition, there is a big problem with the translation of this hotel. It is obviously the Element Hotel, why did it become the Harajuku Harajuku Hotel? I thought it was a Japanese-style hotel, but it didn’t even have a bathtub. . . Not to mention the elevator. It’s a trap anyway, not recommended

Above all the location is perfect you're only one block away from the Port authority building and there's a lot of restaurants in the area however the only thing that was really a problem was they have three elevator Banks it's a 40 floor bldg. and there was a wait sometimes for up to 15 minutes other than that everything was okay. Little kitchenette came in really handy however there was only one control knob for a two burner stove top dishwasher was great to have and they only had plates basically for two people nothing really extra but considering it was a small kitchenette in a hotel that did offer breakfast it was okay

Central location near bus terminal (5mins away) for whoever who wants to go Woodbury premium outlet. Walking distance to Times square, NYPL, Macy's (avg 10mins). Hotel included breakfast which is a plus point.

Fruit is placed in the lobby for guests to take at any time, which is not available in many hotels. We were told not to clean, but while we were away, someone still came in to clean and change the bedding. Personal belongings were not touched.

Very good location, they gave us a room with views of the city. Everything is very nice and clean. The breakfast is great and changes every day, although it is quite busy, there is no place to sit and on Sunday there was no one picking up things or cleaning the tables. The elevators were very full and you always had to wait to go up and down. It was a good experience but it could have been better.

Definitely dirty, towel rack was broken, not the worst, but not the best :). “Budget” hotel in NYC.
